Beautiful hostel on the river. Super friendly and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. Lidia is a gem. Great atmosphere by the river, perfect for meeting people and having a few beers. If you come to Belgrade, this is the best place :)

Perfect location and an extraordinary place to stay. Waking up next to the river Doubavis was an amazing experience! The staff was very gentle and kind with us and they were very helpful with everything we asked! The room was big and spacious, the big window on the living room with the river view was amazing

I stayed at this hotel in Belgrade totally by chance, after my original booking somewhere else got cancelled… and wow, I’m SO glad it did! This place turned out to be one of the most unique and cozy hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s located right on the Danube River, which gives it a super peaceful and beautiful vibe, and it’s also next to a park, so the whole area feels really relaxing. The rooms were absolutely lovely,clean, stylish, and seriously cozy. The breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy but definitely enough to start the day. What really made the stay special, though, were the people working there. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. There are just a couple of things to keep in mind, the parking area is a bit of a walk from the hotel, so you’ll need to carry your luggage for a few minutes. Also, there are some stairs not too many, but still worth mentioning if accessibility is important to you. Oh, and they have the sweetest little cat hanging around, which honestly made everything even better ❤️

I really enjoyed the hospitality, Alexander is very open and generous, offers advice, guiding and friendship. We came in the middle of military parade and whole park was closed and he sent us prior ways of reaching the accommodation. The atmosphere is so warm!

Really cute, relaxing environment on the river. My room had an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The free breakfast is a nice perk too. As others have mentioned, the location is a bit remote, but if you use the nearby buses it’s very manageable. The 15 and the 84 both travel on the nearest road; take them to Brankov Most and from there it’s easy to get to all the attractions in the old town. I felt good about safety in the surrounding park after dark—I came back alone at night a few times and it was totally fine.

Nice place for people who love nature & walking in the park a just a bit cold near the river comparing to the city. Clean rooms, hot water with a good flow. Awesome breakfast

Very cool hostel, not the first time here. Day one was very hot, nearly 40 degrees, but at night the temperature was OK. All rooms got brand new air conditioning! The location is nice, at the river. To walk into the old down it will take maybe 20 minutes? Near the hostel I found multiple pizza places, google for pizza with maps in that area (I was Di Napoli and Pizza Bar). The hostel offers different IPA - I tried them all.

I'm staying at ArkaBarka for the 3rd or 4th time already. It is always quiet and cozy here, unless there is some concert in nearby Ušće park. This time I had a feeling that I'm staying at good friends.
