Nice clean hotel in a great location, reasonable prices. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It is not far from the main train station, as well as the metro. It's fairly close to the center (if you were to walk to Charles bridge it would take 30 minutes). Lots of good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. There's a nice park a short walk away (Riegrovy Sady). The breakfast was quite good with a decent selection served in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall a good budget option.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpful. It is not located in the very center but it is within the walking distance. There are several restaurants in the area. Better ask at the reception to provide a parking space, I didn't drive much in Prague, but I imagine it's not easy to find a parking spot

Great location makes this hotel a perfect stay for exploring Prague! We stayed two nights in the attic apartment and were quite satisfied. The room was nice, clean, modern and spacious with air conditioning. I was happy the small AC unit was able to keep the room cool even though it was 30+ degrees outside. We only had one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient, with a bathtub that did not have any shower curtain so water was splashed everywhere after showering. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, on a quiet street, only several minutes away from Wenceslas Square and tram/metro stops. It has a nice Mediterranean vibe and there are plenty of bistros/cafes in its proximity. We only interacted with the reception staff, as lovely they were to us, they were also very slow. It took us 15 minutes to do the check-in procedure which is simply too long in the digital age. Visited in August 2022.

An overall positive experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague looking for a bit of affordable luxury. |The building is situated in a quiet street, but close to the center and tram/metro, so it’s easy to walk or ride to where you need to go. If you come by train or Airport Express, the walk from the station is only 10 minutes. |The hotel itself is very nice, cozy and extremely clean - I’ve stayed in other 4 star hotels that in no way lived up to this standard. The rooms (singles) are a nice size, with antique, but well kept furnishings and a wonderful, big bathroom with a great shower. There was a comfortable bed, a big closet and a nice desk, with a small refrigerator. The lighting especially was soft and nice. I also liked that there were no snacks or drinks on offer in the room, as they’re often heavily overpriced and just clutter up the room. |We stayed in the rooms facing the garden, so it was very quiet, even though the hotel seemed full. The staff was friendly and helpful, and could guide us regarding transport and such as needed. |The restaurant is nice, but the breakfast food was a bit bland and I could have wished for a smaller cake selection in exchange for more actual food. The coffee is good though! |There’s also a small supermarket and a great restaurant (Sova) next door, so if you’re looking to get some food or snacks close by, I’d recommend those. ||One thing I missed was a closed outdoor area to enjoy a cup of coffee or a smoke, but otherwise, our stay was wonderful and I’d definitely stay here again!

Close to the train station but far from old town I stayed 2 nights the room was cleaned only once Breakfast buffet was just ok, coffee machine didn't work until the very end of my breakfast Nice silent neighborhood with a few good restaurants nearby

Stayed for 4 nights, large rooms in good order and clean. The cleaning and topping up of bathroom items wasn't to good and the same towels for the stay. The hotel is in a good location 5 minutes from the new town square.

Lovely hotel, clean and in a quiet area of the city but within walking distance of all the sights. Air conditioned for the summer months. Hair dryer, fridge in room but no tea/coffee facilities so take a travel kettle and supplies. Staff very welcoming and reception always manned. No problem arriving earlier than check in and storage rooms for cases for late check out. Very good selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

On our last night, at 1:30 am the fire alarm started blaring. We exited our room and a really drunk and aggressive man approached my partner and grabbed her, I got between them and warned him, I tried to figure out what happened at the hotel, apparently a bunch of drunk guys discharged a fire extinguisher on their floor, and someone noticed the dust and pressed the fire alarm. All of the guests went to the lobby, where the poor receptionist was clueless and tried to figure out what's going on. The manager came at around 2 am, was really really rude, and when I told him that all of the guests (including young teenage girls, a few older couples and a few couples) were really scared by the drunk guys, he just got upset and told me that he could transfer us to a different hotel on the other side of the city (at 2 am!) We were so tired and had to wake up to catch a flight at 6 am so I just gave up and we went to our room, where I blocked the door with a chair (because the lock was malfunctioning) After about half an hour the manager knocked on our door and told me that the drunk guys were asleep and he couldn't do anything. Mind you most of the guests were asking the receptionist and the manager to call the cops but they didn't. P. S, Any hotel that has some sense would call the fire department first, then the manager. No fire dept, no police, no apologies for the shocking and honestly frightening experience.

Yelp
Stayed here in June of 2016. Nice room, great deal on hotwire. However, there was a heat wave and the room did not have air conditioning! I discovered that only a few rooms at this hotel have air conditioning. So, if you are not going in the summer, it should not be an issue. However, it was well into the 80s and was miserable in my room. I had to check out a day early and book a different hotel. The staff was not much help. Other than this issue, it is a nice place. Not really a 3 star hotel! But nice.

Yelp
Small hotel close to the museum metro stop. The hotel is old school style but offers free breakfast and a walkable location. For the price it's perfect. Good water pressure and reliable wifi as well.
