Arltunga Bush Pub & Eco Retreat

This currently is a work in progress. The pub is being rebuilt but the campground is open and functional. We had a very quiet and comfortable night. The amenities are good - flush toilets in the large shower rooms with basins. There is a camp kitchen with a fridge. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience and would be curious to see it once the pub is finished and the swimming pool installed.

It was a last minute decision to head out east and stay at Arltunga. I'm so glad we did. Belinda, the host was lovely, she filled us in on the area, they're plans. We had a look at the pub renovations which will be amazing when completed. The amenities were spotlessly clean with very hot water.

We had an amazing time here, most welcoming hosts ever! Absolutely enjoyed it - fantastic amenities, prebuilt fire sites, large open spaces and very close to the heritage sites! We would 100% recommend this campsite and these amazing people and hope to be back in the future. Makes us proud to be Territorians with hosts like this! We were part of a large group of 4WD travellers who stumbled across this campground. What a wonderful find! Amenities are perfect and Brad and Belinda couldn't do enough for us. Excellent hosts and are working hard to create a unique bush camping experience. We wish them the very best.

What a wonderful host and a great location! Belinda helped with assorted bolts for running repairs on our car. A great help. The facilities suit the location, and Belinda had lots of helpful advice on local sites. Well worth supporting their endeavour,

New owners are lovely, human and the fur kind :) what an incredible spot out there amongst central Aussie bush. If the new campground facilities are anything to go by, the pub reopening in the future is going to be stella. So pumped for Arltunga receiving a fresh new lease on life.

This was the Gravel Muster morning tea stop. I love the murals & staff are really friendly.

Visited 14/05/2023. New owners are hoping to have the campground open from the 1st of June. The pub and campground are being renovated.
