Armada Avenue Hotel JLT

My recent stay at this hotel was pleasant, with a focus on providing the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation options. The hotel itself had a clean and functional atmosphere, making it a suitable choice for both business and leisure travelers.The room was adequately equipped, offering basic amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and standard in-room conveniences like Wi-Fi and a minibar. While the room itself wasn’t overly luxurious, it provided a relaxing environment for rest.Service was friendly, with staff members being polite and responsive to any requests. Although there were no standout moments, the staff made sure everything ran smoothly during my stay.Overall, this hotel delivers a reliable and straightforward experience. It’s a solid option for those looking for a no-frills, comfortable stay without unnecessary extras.

Checked-in early, only to be charged an early check-in fee. This wasn’t a good feeling, especially if it’s 6am from a long flight, and the room is available no matter what. Paid it to get some sleep, but the room given to me was not clean and had broken furniture. Changed rooms, and was given a decent room with a balcony. However, I didn’t sleep one wink 😔. Had other rooms calling my room, asking for housekeeping. Brought this to the front desk knowledge, and they tried to fix it, but nothing improved. This happened for 4nights (and day) straight.😵‍💫 On top of that, the shower water would randomly get extremely low or stop completely. The day of my check-out, I had to sponge bath from sink water 🥴 Parking below could use some lights, but the overall location is fine. Has nice parks behind the building. And plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel. 👍🏽

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was made easy. Room was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. Great location with local stores surrounding and amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional experience! My room was in great condition and had a calming vibe, along with the jaw dropping JLT & Marina view. Staff were very supportive and nice. Spa along with the swimming pool is a must-try. I’ve enjoyed the fun and relaxing experience I was looking for in Dubai

I had been in this hotel 2years back and it was great experience. But this time I stayed on 35th floor. Room was dirty. No hand towels. And most importantly their service is pathetic! I would call several times to house keeping or room service but no one answers. Had to call reception, and still nothing. Breakfast is a joke. It's awful. In this price there are much better hotel. And the funny ans stupid thing is.. If you order food from outside, the hotel isn't provide basic cutilary like spoons and forks. They say the management has changed. Okay so? New management expects their guests to eat with hand? A complete disaster!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with a friend during the recent Eid holiday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the room was quite spacious, it lacked cleanliness—the carpet was dusty and looked very old, which made the room feel unkempt. Toiletries and towels were only provided for one person, even though we clearly booked for two. When we requested additional amenities such as extra towels or toiletries, the staff refused to provide them, which was very frustrating. Overall, the room felt outdated and not well-maintained. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I stayed at Armada Avenue Hptel during a company-sponsored trip, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is ideal, especially with the JLT, Metro just a short walk away, which made commuting easy. The food was decent, especially the breakfast which offered a good mix of options. Facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel met the needs of a business traveler quite well. The room and the bath are very clean and tidy Thanks to my company for arranging the stay — I’d be happy to return here in the future.

I had 2 nights in the hotel (26-28.04.2025). At the reception I had a nice experience when I made check-in. The guy asked me which floor I wanted, I asked about the balcony as well and everything was as I asked. Superb! The view is great, JLT hi-tech buildings, Shop at the next building, metro in 15 min walk, Tower just cross by the road from Marina mall, but it's 30 min walk - normal for Dubai because of the roads. I didn't enjoy breakfast,but I didn't come for food anyway. Thank you for a nice experience.
