just arrived, but I’m already so impressed with this hotel! The location is perfect, the interior is beautiful, and everything feels calm and welcoming. But what really makes this place special is the people, especially Ali. He is unbelievably kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who treats their work with so much warmth and heart. Thanks to Ali and the amazing team, my stay started in the best possible way. I can already tell this hotel will be one of my favorites.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Special thanks to Ali at the reception – he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He made me feel very welcome and helped with everything I needed. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is in a good location, nice, but needs a refresh, but the staff are top-notch. I arrived straight from the airport, where my luggage was lost, tired and angry... but Ali at the front desk quickly cheered me up – fantastic, kind, and helpful. I wish every hotel had staff like this, because despite its many shortcomings, it's thanks to them that I receive such a high rating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was and well-organized. The staff were friendly,polite and always ready to help especially Rupesh in the room cleaning who was extremely kind polite and professional . He made sure the rooms were cleaned regularly . Highly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel, yet it can benefit of some modernization. The reception team were friendly and accommodating to my request (upgraded my room to king bed with center view, and Khalil from the reception team was considerate enough to grant me a late check for two hours upon my request) - the housekeeper (unfortunately I don't recall the name) did well in keeping the room as organized as possible, thank you housekeeper of room (1006)

Very disappointing experience at Armada Venu Hotel This hotel used to be good earlier, but now the service has become terrible. The staff doesn’t listen at all. In this Dubai heat, only hot water comes from the taps — it’s impossible to use. When you complain, they just say, “Cleaning is going on,” which makes no sense. The room and even the corridor had a bad smell all the time. I don’t understand why they give rooms on a floor that’s under maintenance. I stayed here for 21 days, and suddenly the staff came and told me to vacate the room because of maintenance — how unprofessional! Packing everything again was such a hassle. Overall, a very poor experience. This hotel has gone completely downhill. I would not recommend it to anyone
