10 Best Hotel Brunches in Dubai

"New kid on the block Axe House has introduced its very own Friday brunch, bringing a little east-London-cool to Dubai’s otherwise glossy brunch scene. The space is very much bare-brushed concrete floors and exposed brickwork, with smatterings of graffiti on the walls. Hipsters who somehow landed in Dubai gravitate here, fans of the craft beers and playlist of chilled out acoustic tracks. It’s all about shared platters here, so bring some friends." - Maresa Manara

My recent stay at this hotel was pleasant, with a focus on providing the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation options. The hotel itself had a clean and functional atmosphere, making it a suitable choice for both business and leisure travelers. The room was adequately equipped, offering basic amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and standard in-room conveniences like Wi-Fi and a minibar. While the room itself wasn’t overly luxurious, it provided a relaxing environment for rest.Service was friendly, with staff members being polite and responsive to any requests. Although there were no standout moments, the staff made sure everything ran smoothly during my stay.Overall, this hotel delivers a reliable and straightforward experience. It’s a solid option for those looking for a no-frills, comfortable stay without unnecessary extras.

Checked-in early, only to be charged an early check-in fee. This wasn’t a good feeling, especially if it’s 6am from a long flight, and the room is available no matter what. Paid it to get some sleep, but the room given to me was not clean and had broken furniture. Changed rooms, and was given a decent room with a balcony. However, I didn’t sleep one wink 😔. Had other rooms calling my room, asking for housekeeping. Brought this to the front desk knowledge, and they tried to fix it, but nothing improved. This happened for 4nights (and day) straight.😵‍💫 On top of that, the shower water would randomly get extremely low or stop completely. The day of my check-out, I had to sponge bath from sink water 🥴 Parking below could use some lights, but the overall location is fine. Has nice parks behind the building. And plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel. 👍🏽

Our stay at Armada Avenue Hotel JLT was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. While the hotel may have a nice exterior and appears affordable, do not be fooled—the reality inside is completely different and deeply frustrating.||From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and the level of customer service was nonexistent. Room service was equally poor—staff lacked basic courtesy, and trying to reach them was a nightmare, with the line constantly busy or ignored.||The condition of the room and overall cleanliness were unacceptable. The hotel photos and descriptions online were completely misleading, and I felt deceived by false advertising. The reality was so far from our expectations that it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a joyful Eid holiday.||If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I strongly urge the management to seriously reconsider the way they operate—starting with staff training, honesty in advertising, and a complete overhaul of the hotel’s facilities.||Please, if you’re planning a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dubai, look elsewhere. This place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.v

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was made easy. Room was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. Great location with local stores surrounding and amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to have a relaxing weekend — but it turned into a complete nightmare. From the outside, the building looks nice, but don’t be fooled. As soon as we entered the lobby, I knew we had made a big mistake. The lobby was dirty and poorly kept. The white chairs were covered in stains and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It looked nothing like the photos online. The room was even worse. The sofa was old and uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty, the chairs and curtains were full of dust, and the whole room smelled bad. The pillows and blankets had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to sleep. The toilet was also dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was no smart TV, and the room was very noisy, making it impossible to relax. Everything felt neglected and poorly maintained. We were so disappointed that we checked out early and moved to a better place — one that actually deserves to be called a hotel. I strongly advise you not to stay here. Don’t believe the advertisements — this place is not worth your time or money. It needs a full renovation and proper cleaning before anyone should stay here. I’m truly disappointed with the experience. Avoid it at all costs.

Exceptional experience! My room was in great condition and had a calming vibe, along with the jaw dropping JLT & Marina view. Staff were very supportive and nice. Spa along with the swimming pool is a must-try. I’ve enjoyed the fun and relaxing experience I was looking for in Dubai

The receptionist could be more friendly. They have very bad sound proofing. I could hear everything happening in the next room. The location is great. It’s a pity their service is so terrible and the hotel rooms are so worn out. But there are 2 other hotels right next to it. So rather pay a little more and have a better stay. It’s the cheapest and the worst of the 3 Amarda hotels.

I would advise avoiding this hotel at all cost. I have stayed for 10 days and truly hated every single day. The smell is unbearable and furnitures are in such outrageous condition. Our sink in the bathroom collapsed, curtains in a horrendous state, dust and crust everywhere I look at. No matter how many times I have asked for the curtains to be changed or a deep cleaning to be done, my query wasn’t answered. The only reason I’d give 2 stars for the service is due to one of the FOH staff being fantastic. I wish I remembered his name but he tried his best to upgrade me and my mother but every single room, even the premiums ones were terrible. Breakfast wise, how could we still serve tea and coffee in plastic cups ? It was unbelievable to me. Room wise, lamp was mold - asked multiple times to change it, never did. Cupboard broken, after emptying my luggage’s, the door closet wouldn’t close - they came to fix it but shame. Sink - while washing my hand collapsed, could of fell on my feet and end up my holiday in a hospital bed, lovely. Using the phone was a pain, probably never cleaned before. Not even sleeping was comfortable as their bedsheet are not appropriate measured for their bed size, again shame. They would deactivate the card to get into my room, how is this possible ? after a long day at home, waiting for the lift for a while, you arrive at your room to find out you’re refused access - pity. Again staff wise, shout out to the housekeeping team, extremely sweet but cleanness was a -10/10. Location wouldn’t recommend neither. On the map I saw how close it was to the beach but you have to walk at least 20min in order just to get to the other side of the road through the metro. I hope this review will alerte the organisation and take actions as I truly don’t wish my holiday nightmare to anyone.
