Ramah is extremely kind and generous. Even with so many guests waiting in the queue, he valued everyone and gave personal attention. just arrived, but I’m already so impressed with this hotel! The location is perfect, the interior is beautiful, and everything feels calm and welcoming. But what really makes this place special is the people, especially Ali. He is unbelievably kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who treats their work with so much warmth and heart. Thanks to Ali and the amazing team, my stay started in the best possible way. I can already tell this hotel will be one of my favorites.

I recently stayed at Armada Avenue Hotel in JLT, and it was a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy to reach everything in JLT. I would also like to thank Juma for his outstanding service. He was very helpful, professional, and always made sure I had everything I needed. His hospitality truly made my stay better. Highly recommended, and many thanks to Juma for his great support.

My stay at Armada JLT Avenue Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy and had a very bad smell. The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages, with piles and piles of dust everywhere. Housekeeping was very poor — bed sheets were not changed regularly, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, the cleaner was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. Overall, this is a very bad hotel. Everything about the stay was unpleasant — dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and rude staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be staying here again

Worst hotel experience (Armada Avenue Hoel JLT) Bed Bugs!!!! Unfortunately the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the room was clearly not cleaned: stained bedsheets, dirty carpet and curtains that hadn’t been washed in ages, no bath towels, no slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. They charged a $200 deposit upon arrival. Breakfast was terrible — very limited menu, no toaster, coffee served from an old thermos, basically no real options. On the last night, I got multiple bug bites in bed (most likely bed bugs). I’ve attached photos of the bite marks. I reported it several times but nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely the dirtiest and most disappointing place I’ve stayed at. I stayed at this hotel from November 13 to November 21, 2025 (due to the exhibition and the fullness of other hotels on my date and work location, I was unable to book anywhere else / had to stay there)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Special thanks to Ali at the reception – he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He made me feel very welcome and helped with everything I needed. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We are truly grateful for the excellent stay we enjoyed at the Armada Avenue Hotel. Everything was very comfortable, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the beautiful view added something special to our experience. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay, and we are genuinely pleased with the overall quality of the hotel. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the reception team — especially Ramah. His professionalism, genuine warmth, and natural charisma truly stood out. Ramah is an invaluable member of the team; his dedication and the way he cares for guests reflect the highest standard of hospitality. This is worse than worst. Absolutely unhygienic. There was a blackish water from the tap, which could not be fixed by the hotel. The sinks were choked. The breakfast was the most horrible. I have ever seen. Almost half baked. We just ate fruits and had the breakfast outside. Now the worst part The staff at the reception counter is absolutely arrogant and manner-less. Also ensure that you take back the deposit that they charge you at the time of check in. They will also try to charge you/ Withhold your deposit by citing some lame thing. You need to take a stand and firmly refuse. Gym had chewing gum stuck on the machines. Location is decent. However, the road network makes it difficult to access anything nearby. Overall, my rating is minus -5.
