Terrible quality and service. I ordered two custom rugs, and both look awful after normal use. My jute runner literally has holes in it — shocking for a “high-end” brand. Customer service offered to cover part of a repair but took no responsibility or apology. Overpriced, poor quality, and completely misleading marketing. Regret ever buying from them.

Had an amazing experience. Spacious and well designed showroom. Betsy Meenan was super helpful in answering my endless questions and figuring out what configuration I need for my apartment.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Brittany Adams at Armadillo rugs! She was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Brittany offered thoughtful insights about colorings and textures that I greatly appreciated. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel collaborative rather than pressured. Pro tip: bring samples of whatever you're trying to match (flooring, paint chips, fabric swatches) Update: I also worked with Betsy Meenan who was fantastic as well. She navigated the logistics well, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond in helping me with my carpet selection! I worked with Betsy quite some bit and she helped make everything a smooth experience.
