Armani/Bamboo Bar

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara, who set the tone with exceptional professionalism and warmth. I ordered a Caesar salad, Pinot Nero, and Armani Frizzante, and everything was delivered perfectly. Massimo, the bar manager, made one of the best drinks I’ve had in Milan, and Federico, my waiter, provided outstanding, attentive service throughout my visit. Beautiful atmosphere, top-tier hospitality, and consistently excellent service. Highly recommend the Bamboo Bar at the Armani Hotel Milano.

Exceptional lunch with a view! We had lunch at Armani/Bamboo Bar and everything about the experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely amazing — the burrata with cherry tomatoes was fresh and flavorful, and the tempura prawns were incredible. The cotoletta was another highlight — tender, golden, and delicious. Service was extremely professional and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. The setting is elegant and refined, and the view is simply stunning — overlooking Milan’s rooftops, with a clear view of the Duomo and the Velasca Tower. Highly recommended for a stylish, high-quality lunch in the heart of Milan. We’ll definitely be back

We booked late so couldnt get into the main restaurant but where we were seated was by the pianist the atmosphere was amazing the service was exceptional they were very accommodating one lady in particular was just an angel. Would certainly recommend for a nice dinner

This was the worst risotto I’ve ever ate in my life seriously the taste was horrible. I don’t know what ingredient exactly They put in it, but it was so bad.

The food was amazing and price was just right. Service was awesome! We enjoyed it so much, just I would love some open space.

Came here a late Monday for drinks. Drinks were good, prices ranged between 19 and 23 EUR. Came with excellent complimentary snacks and food. The place itself was in good condition and with nice furnishing and very high ceiling. Clientele was mixed in ages but mostly quiet and well dressed. Despite an abundance of staff I didn't feel that they were very attentive, but maybe it was because our main waitress seemed very new to the job. First she brought us the wrong drinks, then when she came with the correct ones she stumbled and almost spilled them. Mine lost some ice (over me and my wife) and the garnish, which wasn't replaced. Not what you would expect at such an otherwise nice place.

Couldn't fault the service , the staff's attention to detail was impeccable, always topping the champagne up as soon as we had sipped, the taster menu was ok too. It was just lacking something slightly in atmosphere for me , The decoration is simple and Chic but I wasn't blown away.

A for atmosphere. Gorgeous place. Great staff. F for food. Come for the 25 euro drinks. Eat anywhere else.

9€ Coca Cola Zero! I guess it covers the aperitivo cost, which is nowhere near as extensive as Bulgari Hotel, but it's a start. Outstanding view! Went early afternoon pre-aperitivo (appx 3p) primarily to charge my phone before walking across town. Regardless of the unusual time, I was still served the aperitivos. The snob in me was a bit discerning at threadbare carpet (OK, ahem, *upholstery*) in certain areas. I also noticed some stains. This is a bit surprising. Very muted palate, beiges and taupes. Would I return? As the current Duchess on Yelp, I feel obligated to my loyal subjects. Once I am ousted from my throne however, I'm a free agent.

I was so excited to get here, knowing it may be my only chance to get here! The only other Armani Bamboo Lounge is in Dubai. I'm not saying it can't happen, but I may need a minute to pull that one off! The decor is sleek and modern. The customer service is impeccable and the cocktails were carefully crafted. A young sophisticated crowd comes in around 9:30pm and they stay open till about 2am. After a stressful day in language class we needed this place. We could have gotten a better deal during happy hour, if we had come for apperitivo, where you get food with your drink purchase. But they do provide bar snacks olives and fruit. Each seating area is designed for privacy, but gives you an open space view to people watch. Downstairs you can buy some of the latest Armani apparel or peruse the bookstore. It's just a really nice place to visit!

Absolutely amazing bar! Definitely a must visit in Milan :)... love the simple, stylish design, the open space and the views... great use of mirrors make the bar look even bigger than it is. Cocktails as well as champagne and wines are amazing! Also try some light food in here. You will not be disappointed!

I surprised my daughter with a pre-dinner drink here. The entire staff was very attentive and our drinks were spot on. They also brought with the drinks some snacks. It was also fun people watching! It was a Sat night and fun to see couples all dolled uo!!!

It's a nice bar. I like the drinks and the service! I did not feel it's romantic but it's a friendly and casual chic place. I didn't really like the smoking room as I had to walk to it and it's a kind of separate room from the whole big bar! Toilets are kind of far from the sitting area. Over all I enjoyed my drink while I was there!

Nice atmosphere but that's about it. The drinks are way overpriced, there are definitely better places to grab a drink. Also the waiter forgot to put in our drink order while everyone else who came later got their drinks. The manager did comp us one drink for the mistake.

If you choose the right cocktail you won't be disappointed. Food is good and the oh-so-stylish location is stunning (good job Giorgio!). Definitely not cheap but worth a visit when in Milano.

This review is for the hotel's penthouse Bamboo Bar only. It is a stunningly beautiful space. Pure Armani aesthetic, clean, spare and modern, with beautiful rooftop views of the city. It is a wonderful place to sip an aperitivo or two and watch the good-looking crowd mill about. It is fun without being a "scene" (of course we went on a Wednesday night, though). The drinks are original and delicious, if not inexpensive. But considering the amount of tasty snacks that come with the drinks, it is not a bad value overall. Service was warm and extremely competent. So, beautiful space, beautiful people, great drinks...a recipe for a great evening! A side note: the hotel staff also seem to be wonderful. Every person on the staff that we encountered greeted us with real warmth. That is always a good sign!

Love this place. Full menu at the bar with so many options. The vibe is great. Food is great. You won't be disappointed. It's a must stop when visiting Milan.

Food, drinks, and service was amazing. It's hard to find good quality craft cocktails in Europe and I found a fantastic one here. I ordered the Yellowstone reserve and was quite satisfied. The give you small pretzels and amazing tasting olives with your order. We also ordered the pizza as a snack for us to split. The pizza was hard to cut and they didn't bring an extra plate for us to split. We do prefer thin crust so if you want something where the Crust is chewy then go ahead and order the pizza. That's all the food we ordered because we had dinner reservations later in the night. I'd definitely recommend coming here because it's got a relaxing ambiance.

Great ambiance and view of Il Duomo particularly when it is lit up at night! Most seating is nice and intimate (groups of 2 up to groups of 6), although there are some weird couples seating arrangements where you are sitting next to your partner (separated by a small table) and facing in the same direction. Not the most conducive to intimacy. However, the drinks were good for their price (I ordered La Vespa, strong martini) - great mixologists, and there's live music Fridays at 8PM! I came around 5PM, and small finger foods were provided (e.g. spiced cashews and olives). You definitely pay for the ambiance and the view!

Had a few pre-dinner drinks here. The drinks were mixed perfectly and we were offered their "aperitivo" bites, which were delicious. The setting is quite minimalistic but yet elegant and good views over the city. Definitely worth a visit

I made the reservations for an aperitivo 3 days before and received a confirmation by mail about half an hour later. The place was simple but elegantly designed. Food and drinks were really good but pricey. The view was magnificent. We came after an afternoon of going around milan so we were dressed casually.

Aesthetically pleasing, but 25 Euros for a shot of cheap vodka+Red Bull. Unbelievable ripoff.

For the best quality cocktail or aperitif Park Hyatt Milan is still way better than Armani Bamboo!!! Armani has beautiful panoramic views of Milan including the duomo but it's not a roof top so these views have well designed barred windows all around you. (The Hyatt has views of the galleria) Armani's atmosphere is well very Armani, gorgeous Milanese blend of modern and classic, high fashion and old money, masculine lines with feminine textures. (But the Hyatt is also very plush and slightly more comfortable) The music is top house lounge (only slightly better than the Hyatt) at the perfect volume. Both Armani and Hyatt have excellent staff, but again I side with Hyatt as they speak better English are warmer and are more willing to accommodate any special requests. Both Armani and Hyatt you'll be surrounded by 90% nonitalians. Armani has a much longer cocktail list that anyone could find a drink to please them but Hyatt changes theirs every month. Armani because it's not on street level tends to have less people around unless it's fashion week. During fashion week it's almost impossible to get a spot. Hyatt is more for business Armani more fashion and both touristy (though expect to see expensive watches and shoes with those tshirts and camera toting crowd). Armani is more expensive than Hyatt (€22 compared to €18) and the food is a million times better at Hyatt as the same kitchen that serves their Michelin star restaurant serves the food for the lounge's aperitif hour. Armani for the most part is not a place to go and "be seen" nor very much celebrity spotting (unless it's fashion week) for that you should go to their cafe or Nobu or better yet head to Ceresio 7 (DSquared2).
