An excellent choice to spend some days in Porto! We booked the penthouse suite with a big bathtub, kitchen, bedroom and living room. The lift brings you directly to the room. Other highlight are the breakfast buffet with a wide choice and the very friendly staff. The hotel has no restaurant to get dinner or lunch. But within 100 m walk you find a dozen excellent restaurants.

Spent almost a week here while on vacation and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and constantly sought to ensure that my needs were taken care of. The room was small but comfortable and completely sufficient for my needs. Great ambience and service. Plus it's located in the ideal location. Minutes from the Sao Bento metro station and walking distance to everything I wanted to see. I never once needed to take a taxi or metro except for from and to the airport. Highly recommended.

We recently spent a few days in Porto and stayed here at Armazém. Loved everything about it! It’s smacked in the middle of everything. The entire staff, especially Pedro who welcomed us back every evening, is incredible. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed and so comfy. And in the morning they offer a simple but lovely breakfast downstairs. Thank you all for being so warm!

Best hotel we stayed at on our Portugal trip! The hotel is a work of art. It is decorated with fine taste while still paying attention to function. The staff is super friendly. Shoutout to Fern who made our stay even more enjoyable! Breakfast was excellent too. We had a suite that had a street view of a lively Porto area filled with restaurants and bars, perfect for people watching. It was still quiet when the doors were closed.

Love this hotel, the architecture and design is very innovative. It's my second stay here and with the warm welcome, I certainly was not disappointed. Each room is uniquely furnished but with everything you need. ||Breakfast starts at 8am. As we were starting walking the Portuguese Camino this was too late for us. The hotel was, however, very accommodating and we made arrangements for an early breakfast.

Beautiful hotel - perfect mix of modern and rustic. It was sophisticated but still warm and inviting. The service was exceptional. It is located in the Ribeira district and close to most of what you would want to see in Porto.

Location of this hotel is amazing and truly a memorable experience staying here. The hotel service was very thorough and helpful. Amenities were also very fulsome. The room itself was so unique. The only thing we weren’t quite sure about was the peep window for the washroom and all the stairs - esp after 4 flights of stairs and no lift. There were stairs up and down the bed and being not a morning person…it was a bit daunting to go down the stairs sleepy! Overall great hotel and very clean. The living room space and kitchen was great places to congregate.
