Armeni Restaurant

An absolute highlight of our trip. We took a boat trip from Amoudi Bay to Armeni Bay (it was free if you ate at the restaurant). Here, we were seated mere meters from the ocean with the most gorgeous view. The seafood was fresh, the staff was lively and entertaining and I will remember this experience for years to come. Strong recommendation.

We came here on the last day of our honeymoon, and I really wish we had come sooner, as we would’ve been here every day! Everything was fantastic - the incredibly fresh and delicious food, the friendly staff, gorgeous wine and of course the view is second to none!! They even organise a complimentary boat service from Ammoudi Bay directly to the restaurant, fantastic service. We went for the Greek salad, catch of the day grilled sea bream, calamari (which came in this incredible sauce) and they gave us a complimentary dessert! If you are in Oia I would highly recommend you come here for a meal, rather than one of the other busy restaurants, as this is absolutely a hidden gem

Incredible! The food is delicious, the staff are delightful, this was an all-around perfect experience. You feel like you've been welcomed into family dinner. If you take the stairs down, what awaits you is well worth it. Or take advantage of the courtesy boat to have a unique experience. If you're ever in Santorini, make the effort to come down to Armeni Taverna. Best meal in Greece!

We had a wonderful lunch at Armeni Restaurant in Santorini, and it exceeded all our expectations! The setting by the water was stunning, making it the perfect place to enjoy fresh seafood while soaking in the beautiful views. We ordered the fresh fish, along with calamari and shrimp as sides, and everything was cooked to perfection. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the calamari and shrimp were tender and delicious. The service was top-notch as well—the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, an unforgettable dining experience. If you're in Santorini, this is the perfect spot for a delicious and relaxing meal. Highly recommend!

Best thing we did while in Santorini! The boat ride to the restaurant was very scenic. The food was amazing and some of the best we had during our stay in Santorini. The service was incredible and you truly felt like you were walking into a family run restaurant. Everyone was so pleasant and really made the experience one I will never forget. My husband and I loved it so much that we even bought tshirts! If you’re visiting Santorini, Armeni’s is an absolute must.

Our second trip to Santorini and our second dinner at Armeni. There's a reason we returned; actually, several. The food is what you would want to eat sitting on the shore. Perfect, fresh, and carefully selected fish. Actually, you pick your own at the table with expert guidance. It is prepared simply and perfectly. Reason #2, the people are delightful. I believe they care about your experience and want you to enjoy your time. There is nothing artificial in the feeling and the laughter. We were returning, and several of the staff said they remembered us, and while it seems far-fetched, I actually believe they did (perhaps the referral from our hotel was of some importance, but who knows?). They are helpful, available, and listen to you. Reason #3, the setting. Can't get much more on the water than this. You might get splashed by the arriving water taxis. Simple food prepared carefully and the best fish you may ever eat. We want to return to Santorini and we will definitely return to Armeni. Don't change a thing.

We went for lunch to the restaurant. To get there we had to take a transfer water taxi speedboat from Amoudi Bay and it was about a 5 min ride to the restaurant. The ride actually offered great views of Oia and was free. We were greeted very warmly and welcomed by the restaurant staff who were attentive throughout. We were shown all the different freshly caught fish that we could choose from to eat. We went with sole on a platter with prawns and potatoes for main which was amazing, as were the starters we had and the complimentary chocolate mouse at the end. The water taxi then took us back to Amoudi Bay. Great food. Great vibe. Friendly service. Expensive but worth it.
