From the beautiful boat ride in to the staff to the delicious food, this place has it all. Would highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are looking to get out on the water but the crowded catamarans aren’t your style. We went for a 7pm reservation and caught the end of the sunset on the water on our way back.

The walk up and down is a little rough, but in my opinion, totally worth it. The short boat ride was stunning as well. Food was delicious, a little on the upper price range but we thought it was well worth it. Especially with where you’re sitting and what you’re eating. Service, was quirky and fun. They all made us feel welcome and made some great recommendations.

We took the complimentary speedboat from Ammoudi Bay to Armeni Fish Tavern and were treated to some stunning hidden gems of the island along the way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and full of humour and making everyone feel at home. We left our order in their hands and they did not disappoint. Beautiful fresh bream, fresh grilled prawns, and the best grilled octopus we’ve ever had. We paired it with the house white wine which, as wine lovers, we can confidently say was perfect. The atmosphere was unlike anywhere else. nestled at the base of the cliff, just metres from the water, with uninterrupted views of the sea and boats sailing past. This is a must-visit in Santorini. Outstanding food, amazing people, and an unforgettable setting.

Go go go. That’s what I have to say. You will have the most memorable and delicious experience and it’s very unique. The boat ride to this restaurant, literally eating within steps to the sea, most delicious fresh fish and the people are so nice and funny. Relax and unwind.

Armeni Restaurant in Santorini offers an unforgettable dining experience right by the sea. The setting is truly unique, with tables just steps from the water. You can reach the restaurant by small boat, which adds to the charm of the visit, and it is best to make a reservation in advance. The seafood is exceptionally fresh and well prepared, especially the grilled octopus and the catch of the day. Service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. A perfect spot for a relaxed and authentic meal in one of the most beautiful corners of the island.

Hidden gem of Santorini. We ordered grilled fish, grilled octopus, green salad and house wine. Fish is well cooked ( a little burned but still good) and well balanced with side dishes. They recommend White House wine and it was really good with fish and octopus. Salad is balanced and good amount. In summary I can recommend it. BTW if you spend more than 100 euros they provide boat transfer to ammoudi coast as a service.

A boat ride from Ammoudi Bay is all part of the deal. Greek friendliness, with great advice on the choices for food. Sit back, listen and let them guide your afternoon. Sparkling wine, great seafood and some closing mastika made for a great day on the seafront.

Are You serious ? Niko the manager tellimg me that i cannot swim in the sea in front of the restaurant? Even though i explained to him that this was the sea where i spent my childhood years and how much i craved to be back on my birthday and swim in this precious water ? Food was excellent but for me manners are more important. He even told me that i cannot enter the restaurant being wet dripping water -as if i was a child !! So the one star goes to Niko the manager. And when he quits i will be happy to come back to enjoy the calm Armeni and recommend this precious place and restaurant to my guests.
