Armenia Hotel

I had a great stay at Armenia Hotel. The location is excellent—right on a main street, next to a great coffee shop and a large city park, which made exploring the area really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I especially loved the spectacular view of the mountains from my window. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a lovely hotel. The best part was the breakfast buffet which was included with the room. I didn’t see many people writing reviews about the breakfast so I didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations.

Great rooms, pool, sauna & steam room. The restaurant had great selections and very tasty food, but the service there was VERY slow. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Armenia Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Armenia was far from pleasant. The hotel is outdated, and the beds, including the mattresses, were extremely uncomfortable. The windows are not soundproof, which meant we were woken up early by street noise, including car horns starting at 6:30 AM. Both my partner and I experienced allergies every time we entered the room, which made us suspect the presence of mold. While the breakfast staff was friendly, the variety of food offered was quite limited for a 4-star hotel. The front desk service was unacceptable. Receptionist Michelle Vargas gave us incorrect information about the use of the hot tub, which led to an embarrassing situation when the staff in charge of the spa area asked us to leave, contradicting the receptionist’s instructions. It’s unfortunate that such a traditional hotel in Armenia fails to innovate and that some employees negatively impact its reputation. On a positive note, across the street is Hotel Mocawa, which we highly recommend for its superior quality and service. Regrettably, we will not be returning to Hotel Armenia.

This hotel was amazing. The staff is heartwarming and welcoming, they are a mix of 5 star professionalism and the approachability of a small family run guesthouse. We felt great there. It's not a very modern place, but worth every single peso. Special thanks go to Hamilton, keep up the great work.

Rooms were nice with two double beds. Amenities were good with nice outside swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel porter was called Carlos and he couldn't do enough to help us - brilliant service. Food was OK but might be worth making a visit to a nearby restaurant.

Very beautiful rooms in warm colores. Good beds, soft pillows, nice bed sheet. Big rooms, upper floors have good views on the town. But windows have no sound proof, despite that had good sleep. Strong wifi. AC, minibar, flat TV. Excellent service, everybody are friendly. Nice selection of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Try milk soup with egg, delicious. All in all good value for the money. Bus terminal is may be 15 minutes drive, 8000 cop by taxi.

I stayed at this hotel with my family when in a trip to Parque del Cafe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, with AC, and clean, and complimentary breakfast was delicious. ||||We came with no reservation in a busy weekend very tired after a long roadtrip with a baby in need of sleep. And despite being earlier than check in time, the manager gave us a nice room right away. We could not be more grateful.
