Very good restaurant, we all enjoyed. Works Saturday evenings! Tiny entrance and big underground space with lots of historical staff like guns and antique soviet brandy. Live parrot greets you at the entrance. Friendly and professional staff. Very tasty Armenian dishes and Armenian coffee - can good start for a visit to Jerusalem. Prices are moderate.

After our volunteer time and everything else closed on sabbath day, it was difficult to find any place to eat. We saw this one was open and made a reservation. The service is great, food was very delicious and the restaurant is beautifully decorated inside with jewelry, art, and chandelier that brings the heritage of Armenia. We really had a good time talking to friends enjoying the night over homely food.

Beautifull place, just under the street level in the Armenian quarter. Great food, and open on weekends. Take time to also visit the Armenian museum just down the road.

The interior is quite something and felt like a museum. The food tasted fine and was sufficient for a simple dinner. We had two mains and drinks. The bill came to about 180 NIS. Just make sure you check the bill as they made a mistake with drinks. They do take credit cards. Efficient service. We are staying in the old city so this was convenient for us.

Welcomed by a fun parrot, we had a quick lunch. Service is fast and food is full of aromas. There is a bit of dust around the place, but one can easily forget when immersed in the tasty food.

This was my first encounter with Armenian food. We had a roll with vine leaves, stuffed with meat in yellow sauce (very nice) and a dish with lentils and rice (that one was a bit dry for me). The service was quick, the place is very authentic and traditional.

This little basement restaurant in the Armenian Neighborhood of the walled city of Jerusalem offers excellent service and hearty cuisine. We enjoyed the recommendations and the atmosphere. We were able to get a seat quickly and enjoy our dinner.

Regular food and regular service. Unfortunately they were not very friendly and it was also not very clear that you need to spend at least 100 shekels for me to pay with card. Overall, I would recommend to chose another restaurant since I think we did not have a good experience.
