Visited this store today while in San Miguel de Allende. Beautiful things and very unique. Enjoyed browsing through the store. Employees need training on customer assistance and service. Never was approached and asked if there was anything I was shopping for in particular or if I needed any help. I wasn’t shopping for anything in particular but the jewelry did catch my eye for my daughter. The employee in the jewelry area never got up from her seat to assist. The only effort she made was to tell me anything I touched to please bring it up to her so she could clean it. Most employees were on their cell phones. It’s worth taking a look because of their merchandise. I chose to not buy anything just because of the lack of customer assistance.
