Excellent tourist park with clean, well-maintained facilities and friendly staff. The sites are spacious with good amenities, and the location is perfect - close to town but peaceful. Showers and toilets were spotless, and the camp kitchen was well-equipped. Great value for money and ideal for exploring Armidale's attractions. The kids enjoyed the playground, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Definitely recommend for families or anyone passing through the New England region!

Very disappointed- booked as a G’Day park and was very thankful it was for a single night. We signed a document outlining the rules and resultant fines the day prior. Staff efficient but not friendly. While we understand some rain had been recorded the day before, this park was waterlogged, squelching through mud and water. Site was boggy and pot holey. There are was a large rec area, and two sets of amenities. After squelching through the grass, the ones near the rec centre were old but dirty. Looked like the cleaning sheet had not been completed for over 5 days and this appeared to be the norm. They smelled, old dried soap left behind in the shower, balls of hair left on the sink, overflowing bin. The other ones were newer and smelled clean (no cleaning register) but the bin was overflowing. Nowhere to put soap and shampoo, etc, other than on the shower floor. Certainly an experience- but won’t be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights the rec room was great the playground kids enjoyed, only downside was we noticed they didnt clean the toilet block the entire time we were there. But wiped down bin lids around the park.

Nice park, stayed at onsuite sites, very clean, and had heaters and great showers. Drive through sites and camp kitchen. Games room for kids. Cold in May, lots to do and see, shorts trips out of town to waterfalls.

Our cabin was grubby. The glass table and chairs on the decking were covered in bird droppings. These were crusted and covered with dust. Because we had invited guests for dinner I scrubbed them clean. The decking itself was also filthy along with the screen door and all the windows. Inside we found water run marks and finger prints all over the kitchen cupboards., cobwebs in many of the corners and most surfaces covered in dust. The bathroom tiles were also in need of a good scrub. Surprisingly the beds were very clean although the bedrooms need a good clean from top to bottom. Very disappointing as we had stayed there a few years previously and it was great. Now the entire park looks like it needs a good pressure wash.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the caravan park's organization. We booked online and specifically requested a drive-through site due to the size of our caravan and ute. However, upon arrival, we were given vague directions to the drive-through sites and were informed that all the sites outlined on the paper map had been reserved. After spending 20 minutes driving and walking around the park, we were forced to choose a site with a small, old slab and unhitch our caravan. Furthermore, upon setting up, we discovered that none of the power outlets were functioning. We subsequently relocated to a grassed area, which was muddy in parts. I also encountered difficulties with the laundry facilities, as the dryer did not accept coins and required a token from the office, which was closed and re-opened at 1pm!|I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience and am relieved that we are now only staying for one night.

Was a very cozy place to stay. Cabins were large with plenty of rooms and had fairly nice beds in there. Close enough to the city as well and close to the churches to visit.

Don't stay in the cabins. Dirty linen on bunks. Mould everywhere in bathroom. Filthy greasy grill tray and grease dripping from the exhaust fan above stove onto food cooking. No gutters so water goes everywhere causing mould on exterior cabin walls, grass not mown and weeds everywhere. Only emptied park bins once in 8 days. If we hadn't been attending a week long even and already paid in advance we would have left the day we arrived. Check the reviews for the last couple of years to see they haven't taken any notice of other similar grievances.
