Armoni Patong Beach Hotel

Positives: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good balcony, decent breakfast but not too many choices, just 100m from the beach, 7-11s close by, friendly staff. They will keep your luggage safe even after you checkout. Negatives: The alley leading to the hotel has 2 massage places where the ladies are pushy, always calling you in for a massage, gets annoying after a while. The rooms smelled funny, I suspect it was mould but couldn’t find any signs of it. Breakfast was arbitrarily delayed by half an hour on 2 different occasions. The alley facing the dining area is where they keep their trash and one can see rats from here entering the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel rooms were good and clean. Morning breakfast was also good and had different types of options. But we faced few problems too. My friend's room shower was broken and he had to pay 800 Baht for it but he didn’t break it. Also, there is no option for us to dry our clothes as no balcony is available. But it's a good budget-friendly hotel.

The receptionist is so rude, she doesn’t know how to be polite with the tourist. She has such a bad attitude and doesn’t have any customer service at all. She was shouting instead of talking to us. Unpleasant experience from the hotel.

The receptionist has been really rude; she constantly mistreats us and wants to charge for everything. To top it off, she even downgraded our room.

They don't provide any staff for laggage transfer and any dental kit to room . Charged us for broken shower handle . Good for staying provide breakfast as complimentary.

Amazing place would definitely come back, good location, staff are very helpful, polite and friendly, everything was clean, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the hotel, recommended!

The receptionist lady only knows how to say “no” for everything we asked for (e.g. photo has 2 chairs at balcony, but there is only 1 chair. We asked for 1 more chair, no). The lift is not working properly. During our two days stay, lift broken down for 2 times.Trip.com shows a photo of room with 1 queen and 1 single beds for 3 persons and price included for 3 persons, but they only allow to stay 2 persons and charge extra 500 bth for 3rd person. There is no fried rice or noodles or anything at breakfast, just plain rice with chicken curry and egg. However, if you dun care anything but want to stay near beach with affordable price, you can stay. Otherwise, stay away from it.

They have good breakfast and Gym here. Location is great. Staffs are super nice. Old hotel i think, thus the Rooms are big with extra space. Their Price is justifiable! I would recommend them to add stairs on the entrance or the slope needs to be more comfortable for Aged people. Opposite to the hotel, there is a travel booking shop who gave us best price for Phi Phi Island tour. Moreover, beach was near, foods were available closed by in different price range.
