Armoni Patong Beach Hotel

Best budget hotel i have ever stayed. Rooms were spacious enough with balcony. Just 3 mins walk from beach. There are so many shops just outside even we took a thai massage just front of the hotel. Breakfast was included which was a buffet and so tasty...

really good experience as soon as I came staff were friendly helpful. Location right in front of beach on Main Beach Street access to restaurants clubs bars food desserts everything. Hotel provides breakfast in the morning which is great as most others don't. Recommended good value for money.

Excellent hotel. Reasonable rates. Very good location. Deluxe room comes Aircon, large flat TV with YouTube. Large room. Balcony. 2 minutes walk to beach and 5 minutes to famous Bangla Rd. Excellent buffet halal breakfast made by New and Far. Staff go extra mile to make your stay ultimate comfy. Special thanks to Mini, Porn, Moo, Weah, Kai and Tab and the other staff . Overall, a bad experience. First, the neighborhood is crowded and noisy with, for example, literal gun shots waking me up at night (from nearby shooting ranges). Second, the air conditioning units in the room are weak and faulty, shutting off randomly (even after the hotel serviced them at my request). Imagine waking up each hour of the night because the room becomes hot with the AC shutting off randomly. Third, the Wifi signal doesn't cover the entire area of the suite; the bed was a dead zone. Fourth, mosquitos were a problem inside the room, for which the hotel did not offer a good solution (I ended up buying my own control product from the grocery). The only strong points for this hotel were the breakfast buffet and the central location in Patong town, although I would not recommend Patong at all for someone looking to relax.

First day, AC was not work. I informed their front desk and goes to dinnner. Then I reached hotel and see no one in front desk. I sleept without AC and very hot weather. Next day even they not feel sorry for last night experience. Next day extra charges for room change. As like AC going automatic turned off frequently even timer is off. Their Room card was not works next day. I was tried and come from outside. Same like before, no front desk person, no emergency phone number, no response. They even not feel sorry for their service.

Honestly I was so looking forward to this hotel as it looked great by all the reviews and the location. However once I checked in I got to see their true colors. When I first checked in everything seemed fine I was given my room key, I went to my room and yes it wasn't anything spectacular but it was acceptable for me at first until I opened the curtain of the window. First of all the window was so broken and they didn't tell me about it at check-in however when I went down and told the reception they said yes we know I said okay will it be fixed today they said oh we don't know, maybe maybe not. Well having a window that is broken open so all the mosquitoes will come in is not acceptable and needs to be changed right away in my opinion. That was just the start of the fight with his hotel. They ended up canceling on me and refunding me in my money which was fine but it made for some anxious moments when I had to go find a new place to stay and everything was at least double the cost since I booked this place a few months previous. I was really not impressed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Also the staff are so super rude, When I told the staff at reception about the problem they made it sound like it wasn't a big deal then I asked to speak to the manager and they said they're not on duty I said okay can you call them and I will speak to them they said it's not possible finally after a little bit of arguments they called the supposed owner and the owner directed the staff member without my consent to refund my money. These people should not be in the tourism industry they don't know how to handle clients.

Good location, near the beach, near restaurants, near Soi Bangla. There are many sizes of rooms to choose from, but I personally don't like the bathroom because it doesn't separate the wet and dry zones. All the staff are excellent. There is enough breakfast.

The downsides we lost use of water one evening and couldn't shower, and the breakfast is cold and low quality. The room was good for the price, and the location I would recommend it on a budget. Overall good but they could improve the breakfast.
