Had an absolutely amazing experience today with Luciano I think his name was. The best massage I ever had. Period. The spa however seems more of an afterthought, and not something I would come here for without getting a treatment also. The hottub bubbles didn’t work, but steam room and sauna were fine. But lots of water everywhere so extremely slippery, 5 stars for Luciano, minus 1 star since the hottub bubbles didn’t work.

The staff is very kind and friendly. We also enjoyed our massage quite a lot! However, the facilities weren’t very good for the price point… The changing room was a bit dirty and the spa area was a bit disappointing for me. The provided amenities could also a bit better. We didn’t really like our spa experience but the massages were superb.

Dirty changing rooms, hairs all over the floor, unhygienic spa, water all over the floor, did not manage to enjoy it nor feel relaxed. Slippers provided are a terrible safety hazard.

I was looking for a place to work out in the neighborhood. Really lovely staff who helped me understand how the place worked. I ended up buying a massage because it included the gym and spa. I bought a 25 minute massage and then had access to the facilities. I even came back later to get a longer massage. You can book online as well. Really appreciate how kind the staff was really had two great massages.

Lovely spa with all the facilities you could need. Sauna, steam room with essential oils, hot tub. Super relaxing massage. Very affordable, best deal and fairest price you can find in Copenhagen.

The spa is beautiful and the massage I booked was amazing. The fruit and tea was a nice touch. I am giving a slightly higher rating because of the massage. However I feel that the spa area is a safety hazard where you are dependent on the staff to clear the water build up to avoid slipping. This happened to me and I fell and slipped, hitting my face on the wall. Even knowing I fell, none of the staff bothered to check in and see if I was alright despite a very visible red mark on my face. I am so grateful that the injury was not worse. I was very disappointed by the lack of care. I will not be returning. Update: I have sent an email to you in response to your reply with the information regarding you requested. I called in to book my appointment so you wouldn’t be able to find me by email. I haven’t heard back from you yet but I understand you may take time to investigate. If you havent tried it, you should. Its not the biggest area, its very cosy. There is a warm pool in the middle, with a steam bath on one side, and a sauna on the other. When you order a massage, they'll come and get you. If you are wet, they give you a towel to use and new underwear. The massage han highly be recommended. There is some tea and fruit options aswell. Not the biggest fruit plate but its okay.

Visited the spa while on a break in Copenhagen. It's a great facility with steam room, sauna & a spa pool. The staff were superb, very friendly & helpful.The massage treatment was excellent. Definitely worth a visit to unwind.
