A great fine dining experience, a local juice shot and cold towel was served at the start. I would never have thought the food here was done to such perfection, it would be in those top 10 even in Sydney. The price is much higher than another restaurant located inside Desert Gardens. Both are great, but this place is on a next level. The sides are crisp, main protein full of flavour and the charred on the meat is 👌, give the port quandong jus a try with a heavier protein eg pork or lamb, yumm
