Their ice cream was good but not that special. I just feel that it’s overpriced. Service was okay, she let me try 3 different flavors of my choice since I couldn’t decide which one to have.

Not sure what happened, but we tried the churros here back in March of 2023 (2nd picture), and they were great then. Last night we tried them again, and they were so bland. Tasteless, and just plain awful. It was incredibly disappointing, to say the least, because up to yesterday, they were excellent. It's visible in the pictures that they're doing something different now. Whatever it is, it's not to anyone who has taste buds favor.

I went twice in one day and asked for 2 scoops and I swear I got half a scoop of ice cream. Also the ice cream was very mediocre and expensive compared to others. Workers were also very rude and would not recommend any of the Arnoldo ice cream locations to anyone in San Sebastián. DO NOT GO

Artifical flavour. Ice cream tub with a small ball of ice cream inside. Ridiculous. Better to go to other nearby ice cream shops. Very small portions for the price you pay. You're supposed to put a ball for a cone, not for a tub. The tub is supposed to be filled with ice cream without leaving any gaps. This is how it is supposed to be

I would say go elsewhere. Tried the tiramisu flavour which was too icy and to be fair tasted nothing like anything. On top of that the lady was abrupt, rude and cold to say the least. I had two tastes and binned around the corner.

Delicious ice cream with a fantastic variety of flavors and excellent service.

Just yummmmm!! My two favorite gelato flavors, pistachio and chocolate truffles. They have soooo many options. I like the cheesecake, dulce de leche, and vanilla, too. They have many branches, but the one in Gros has always a queue. If you're avoiding the crowd or don't like waiting, go somewhere else.

We bought 5L of ice cream. The service was friendly but not that much helpful. We wanted to try chocolate but only got one spoon for to persons. So I’d wish we received more help by choosing the flavours. The ice cream is fabulous, all the flavours we bought were freaking good! The price was very good, so not expensive at all.
