Highly recommend! Family run traditional B&B. Clean, well appointed room with comfy large bed, TV and wifi, private shower & toilet, central heating, kettle and fridge plus magnificent views of the Alps. Wonderful and knowledgeable host happy to chat and answer all my touring questions with great advice! Yummy continental breakfast makes a perfect start to the day. Ask for room B 👍 (best view and private balcony) Thanks again Armin and Beatrice for welcoming us into your home. The care and attention you put in was noticed and greatly appreciated 😊

We stayed here as a couple and had a great time at Arnolds Bed and Breakfast. The location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and our host Armin was incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and he gave us great tips on what to do on a rainy day. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

Possibly the best find of our trip to Switzerland was Arnold’s. The host Armin was so welcoming and we talked with him for a while about our stay in Switzerland and he gave us great advice. The room was so thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Perfect spot for people who like to walk around and see interlaken. His breakfast was also a steal and so tasty. You can expect meats, bread, yogurt, fruits, milk, granola, cheese, and more. Sizable enough for someone who eats a lot. I will be returning to stay in Arnold’s next time I’m in interlaken!

Armin was the friendliest B&B host we have ever met. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet his wife Beatrice, but I met his daughter Selin briefly. The place was a tranquil place despite having a total of 4 rooms. The bed was comfortable and we slept like a log with the window open and a view of the mountains outside the window to gawk at. The church bell tolled frequently and it was very soothing. The breakfast was excellent, definitely enough to prepare us for the day ahead. Privacy was highly respected. We chatted with Armin every morning during breakfast and he was able to put us at ease with his disarming demeanour. Highly recommended!

We missed Armin when we stayed at the BnB but he provided timely and clear communication with instructions on how we could access the room. The room was clean and provided a great view of the snow capped mountains.

With one exception, our experience matched that of others who have given Arnolds B&B great reviews. The house, rooms, location, views, etc. are all great. We would stay here again if we return to Interlaken. But we can't say the same about the supposedly wonderful hosts and great breakfasts. This is because we did not experience either of them, due to a very disappointing (and unprofessional) overall experience. ||One of the primary reasons we booked at Arnolds for our four nights in Interlaken was the accolades reviewers gave the hosts (welcoming, helpful, etc.) and the breakfasts. But just a few weeks before our trip, we received a message from Armin, informing us that they would be away on vacation (in July, which is presumably a very popular time of year for B&Bs in Switzerland), so they would not be there to host us and we would not receive breakfast. While we looked for other accommodations, it was impossible to find one for our four nights in a similarly convenient location and with breakfast, so we kept our reservation at Arnolds. When we inquired about the rate, Armin agreed to reduce it by CHF 20/night, which is hardly sufficient for two people to purchase a full breakfast in Interlaken (let alone the additional time and inconvenience involved in finding a place for breakfast each morning). ||Again, we had no complaints about the facility itself, the location, the views, etc. But we still find it hard to believe that a B&B host would suddenly, just weeks before guests are scheduled to arrive, choose to leave town and alter the circumstances that the guests were expecting (and that led them to make the reservation in the first place).

If you appreciate quality lodging and outstanding service from your host, then this is the place for you. Arnold could not have been any more accommodating. If you have a question about anything in the Interlaken area, ask Arnold and you’ll get a very pleasant and accurate answer. The home is perfectly located for exploring Interlaken as well as the beautiful countryside nearby. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the alps. Check in and check out is a snap, again because Arnold was there to take such good care of us. This is without a doubt one of the most pleasant lodging experiences that we’ve ever had.
