UPDATE:
This is basically what happened to myself and my husband:
- We entered the restaurant asked for a table.
- They said they have table only in the garden. They also said we should order food if we want to seat in the garden.
- We said we are going to order some appetizers, the receptionist Jessica said angrily that we should order everything, which is weird because you don’t tell customers what to order.
- Then I said we are going to order food as well and then they said we don’t have table.
- Also, while we were trying to get a table, another group came and we saw that the receptionist pushed one of the lady back when she wanted to talked to her.
There are a few points that I think it’s good to mention for whom expect a respectful customer service from a restaurant business:
1. It’s very good that a manager defends their staff, but it’s important to keep a balance when it comes to customer service.
2. If the manager Thomas think that me entering the restaurant asking for a table is “intruding”, they seriously need to reconsider their customer service standards.
3. My husband was telling me to leave because he realized the lady is not respectful. Using him as a way to gaslight a customer is shameful.
4. Last but not least, Thomas, don’t worry we choose restaurants with good vibes, good food and respectful customer service, your restaurant is certainly off our list.
Initial Review:
They are very rude, very bad customer service specially the receptionist, Jessica! Don’t ruin your trip by going to this restaurant.
