Well, what an experience. Couple of month ago I went there with friends and I had some troubles deciding on the menu what I’d like to order, so I asked the head waiter if I could just swap eggs to bacon instead on one of the offered breakfast options and he said no problem talk to our friendly Cashier she’ll sort it out . Well the not so friendly Cashier (Nora I believe was her name) did not sort it out and she said can’t do it. Well no problem I get it, sometimes kitchen can’t accommodate extra wishes, fair enough. So she pushed me to get everything just as sides instead, which was going to be 3$ more expensive than what I originally would have payed. I hesitated but ended up trusting her. Well what a mistake, I payed 27$ for 2 slices of bread, half an avocado and a bit of bacon. Yes looking back at it I should have just declined straight away paying 27$ for just sides, but I thought for that much money I would get a decent size of food and the “helpful” cashier said that’s what I should do, but damn what a disappointment.
Generally other stuff was not really helpful either when I spilled some water in the walk way trying to avoid people slipping on it. People are too busy and not being able to take initiative for an unexpected issue.
Just a fancy place again with no heart. Although I really liked that head waiter (bold guy, nice dude)
Would not go again!
