This cozy restaurant is a hidden gem away from the beaten path in Bangkok. Chef Bank and his wife are just incredible hosts. His delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. We had the tasting menu and was personally served by chef Bank himself, what a treat. We got to experience his unique and theatrical way of service. You got to go here, I recommend this place to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. 10/10

If you want to experience something unique in Bangkok, look no further! Aromkwan was magical - the food is delicious, the staff were great and Chef Bank went all out to make our group feel comfortable and special. We enjoyed the random chaoticness of it all, it was pure entertainment and we had so much fun. Thank you Aromkwan team! Interesting experience both on the atmosphere and the food! Nothing comparable in any other restaurant. Their dishes and character are unique. We all love the dish served in the chef's table menu. Price is on a high side though but they offer very generous amount of food and beer is included.

Absolutely brilliant and bonkers! Loud and wild atmosphere. You will have a hell of a time here. Food is mostly meat, smoked, grilled, marinated, messy, rustic, authentic, fantastic. Recommend 10+ pax for max fun. Pricing: ฿3,800 per head. You don't get to pick your food. They serve everyone everything!

Incredible meal experience! Chef Bank is Malaysian and Thai, but with additional Indian and Chinese ethnic roots. He combines all of this in a frenzy of deliciousness served like a mountain on a banana leaf in front of you. Best dish for me was the smoked goat leg curry. Best to go with a group of friends / family for a huge meal. Don't wear a belt or jeans!!

One of best evening during my stay in Bangkok.I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite. Dining al @aromkwan was more than just food, it was more like an experience that we will cherish forever: On the other hand the service and hospitality of Chef Beng and his wide amazed us. We absolutely loved the spread.We thank you for the good food ❤️

All the dishes were served from the kitchen with passion and a love for food. Chef Bank demonstrated brilliant creativity through the implementation of ingredients. Tens of hours spent with his team aim to put a smile on your face. A place worth experiencing!

A tough one to explain with just pictures (even moving pictures!) 😆 this was quite the experience! A super high-energy, Southeast Asian (with a strong South influence 🇲🇾 🇮🇳)feast extravaganza with the energy level of a Japanese hole-in-the wall where you go in and the chef goes "IRASHAI, IRASHAI IRASHAIII!!!" then the team goes "OOOUUUUSU!!!" 🤩🌋Pots and plan a clanking, music blaring, lights flashing, wind chimes chiming...charismatic Chef Bank and his fiancé and team coming out with grills and clay pots of multi-our/day smoked, flavorful foods. I've never been a big fan of biriyani, but paired with God knows how many Thai-Chinese and Malaysian-Indian smokey and melty surf to turf goodness with plenty of sambal and other spices and you get this winning combination. A must-try for private party/ client events. It's lots of fun and I was stone-cold sober, (even though the menu included booze here and there) and there wasnt even cake or ice cream. Food aside, as a business, this place was operational genius level efficient and, dare I say, low carbon (even with all the smoking).
