A tough one to explain with just pictures (even moving pictures!) 😆 this was quite the experience! A super high-energy, Southeast Asian (with a strong South influence 🇲🇾 🇮🇳)feast extravaganza with the energy level of a Japanese hole-in-the wall where you go in and the chef goes "IRASHAI, IRASHAI IRASHAIII!!!" then the team goes "OOOUUUUSU!!!" 🤩🌋Pots and plan a clanking, music blaring, lights flashing, wind chimes chiming...charismatic Chef Bank and his fiancé and team coming out with grills and clay pots of multi-our/day smoked, flavorful foods. I've never been a big fan of biriyani, but paired with God knows how many Thai-Chinese and Malaysian-Indian smokey and melty surf to turf goodness with plenty of sambal and other spices and you get this winning combination. A must-try for private party/ client events. It's lots of fun and I was stone-cold sober, (even though the menu included booze here and there) and there wasnt even cake or ice cream. Food aside, as a business, this place was operational genius level efficient and, dare I say, low carbon (even with all the smoking).
