I would 100% return to the Arosa Vetter hotel. It was situated in the best location - close to town, the bus stops, ski in/ski out from the mountain. The equipment rental place is also attached to the hotel - this was really convenient and made the entire ski experience less of a production and very very easy and enjoyable. They store your equipment overnight for you.||||The room was wonderful - very 'chalet' feeling. Comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, and a spacious bathroom with a great shower.||||The staff was very friendly and helpful. ||||Breakfast was delicious! Tons of fresh breads, jams and spreads, eggs, cheese, meats, fruit, cereal. ||||My only complaint - if you don't like the small of raclette, don't enter the facility during lunchtime!

This is a truly friendly family owned hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived we felt warmly appreciated as guests and everything was done to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is very convenient located just next to the cable car and the ski school so there is no hassle carrying your gear half up the mountain. The restaurant is probably one of the most popular places in town so don't forget to book for lunch or diner.|Our stay was unforgettable and we certainly consider to book again for next year!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food to reasonable prices. Lovely ambience, atmospheric and rustic. Hotel rooms are a clever mix of old rustic and modern clean lines. Highly recommended! WC for disabled is accessible through the kitchens.

Location very central. Service were professional and friendly, room was cozy, spacious and clean. Chalet stylish. And the food at the restaurant is excellent. Most of the attractions were nearby. Parking spaces outside the hotel was limited.

A lovely hotel, clean, tidy and with a perfect atmosphere. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and comfy beds. Located near the cable cars if you have any interest in that. Kind, welcoming and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast!

We stayed at the hotel for a second time and as before it could not be better. We spend one night in a classic room and then moved to bel-etage. Everything was great, clean rooms, bathrooms, good breakfast. It is just a two minute walk from train station. Ski rental has a direct access to the hotel and to the lift. Incredible view from the room. I highly recommend this establishment, more details in my review from 2015. Many thanks Martin, Patricia, Andrea and the rest of the team.

I've been coming to Arosa for many years and have eaten lunch and dinner in the Vetter (because of its convenient location in the centre of town and at the foot of the lifts) but never stayed here before now.||||It's just been refurbished and having looked at the rooms last summer we booked here for three nights this summer. The room was not large but fine for us (and there are larger ones) and it and the bathroom were clean, well equipped and comfortable, with a great shower and plently of towels. The beds (even a double is two beds pushed together) were quite comfortable although I can never get used to that Swiss thing of giving you a massive pillow that is so soft that it provides no support.||||||There is an in-room safe and decent, free wifi - and a TV with loads of channels, which we didn't watch. A small refridgerator would have been good as we wanted to store shop bought cakes and yoghurts in the room, but they let us use the fridge in the restaurant kitchen. They also offer the option of renting a coffee machine.||||Breakfast was basic but very good, with great coffee. The restaurant is also very good and extremely popular with locals and visitors, so you may need to book. Service there and in general was friendly and attentive, despite the place seeming to be really busy.||||Some of the higher rooms probably have better views but because of where the hotel is you won't otherwise find uninterrupted mountain views. However, it is next to the train station (although not noisy as it's a small station with one departure and one arrival an hour) and right next to the chairlift and just steps away from the cable car. That could get a little noisy when in operation, but if you are there to ski, or if it's not ski season, it won't matter.

Recently refurbished hotel close to the slopes and train station. Room was pretty small with not much space. Breakfast option is limited. Price is just ridiculous compared to similar hotels. Also if you go by car they take the key and shuffle the cars around every day as parking space is limited on the street. Not to mention that car keys are not kept in the safe but a small wooden box in the middle of the restaurant! No wellness either.||The restaurant though serves good food for lunch and dinner with decent service but that's not a reason to stay here.
