Arosa Vetter Hotel

This was our second time staying here, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the train station, gondola, and the lake. The service is consistently friendly, professional, and thoughtful. The rooms are warm and inviting, with beautiful wooden interiors, a cozy homey feel, and balconies to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is a treat, with all the Swiss classics, nothing to be missed! And the restaurant is outstanding, offering delicious Swiss favorites some with a modern twist. We’ll definitely be back again to Vetter Hotel and/or Restaurant. Highly recommended!

Nothing too fancy but one of the best places we have been in Switzerland. Let’s start from people - Helen at reception and every single employee are very welcoming and helpful. I was there alone with my kids and everyone made us feel home. Room - maybe a bit too warm but delicious modern mountain design. Stunning view to lake and mountains. Very large bathroom/shower as well as the room. Despite we had 3 beds in there, there was enough space for all we needed: storage of winter clothes, desk for homework and work and living space. Location - just prefect. Next to ski slopes and train station (but you never hear the train. Breakfast and restaurant - large variety of fresh and healthy products. One small downside is the stairs which are still a bit outdated but nothing compared to all the positives. We’ll definitely go back!

Great hotel for a ski vacation - direct access to the ski rental shop and lockers, next to the chair lift and cable car, and literally ski back to the door at the end of the day. Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant (but need to book as very popular).

Perfectly situated close to the train station, ski rental shop, chair lift and cable car. Can literally ski back down to the door. |Staff were super-friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We were on the first floor but not notably noisy from the restaurant. Highly recommended for a ski holiday.

I would 100% return to the Arosa Vetter hotel. It was situated in the best location - close to town, the bus stops, ski in/ski out from the mountain. The equipment rental place is also attached to the hotel - this was really convenient and made the entire ski experience less of a production and very very easy and enjoyable. They store your equipment overnight for you.||||The room was wonderful - very 'chalet' feeling. Comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, and a spacious bathroom with a great shower.||||The staff was very friendly and helpful. ||||Breakfast was delicious! Tons of fresh breads, jams and spreads, eggs, cheese, meats, fruit, cereal. ||||My only complaint - if you don't like the small of raclette, don't enter the facility during lunchtime!

This is a truly friendly family owned hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived we felt warmly appreciated as guests and everything was done to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is very convenient located just next to the cable car and the ski school so there is no hassle carrying your gear half up the mountain. The restaurant is probably one of the most popular places in town so don't forget to book for lunch or diner.|Our stay was unforgettable and we certainly consider to book again for next year!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food to reasonable prices. Lovely ambience, atmospheric and rustic. Hotel rooms are a clever mix of old rustic and modern clean lines. Highly recommended! WC for disabled is accessible through the kitchens.
