What an awesome place! We spent a week here in the summer of 2024, and still keep talking about it. The hotel is placed in the heart of the Italian alps, and provides amazing and unforgettable service to its guests. Designed in a fusion of the modern minimalistic and cozy alpine styles, it abounds in warmth and coziness, all complimented by friendly staff.||The breakfast is amating, the selection of both buffet and a-la-carte is plentiful, and of high quality.||If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing summer holiday away from typical summer tourist places, look no further. I am sure this place is amazing in winter, too, but it may just be a bit too crowded then. In early July, it was just perfect.

Amazing hotel. |I arranged a ski trip for my 50th birthday, we were a group of 17 people, aged between 10 and 57 years old. The hotel was fantastic, we had very spacious 2 bedroom apartments with big balconies and lovely views of the mountains. The swimming pool and spa facilities are top draw and after a days skiing it was exactly what we needed, we even used the ice plunge pools. ||The food was outstanding, 5 course meals every night, lots of excellent wine and outstanding service. ||The kids loved the pool, and whilst they was a little noisy, the hotel staff dealt with it perfectly. ||I cant recommend this place enough, its a five min walk to the gondola or the hotel runs a 7 seater bus that can book at no extra cost. ||We will be returning next year for sure, totally loved it :-).

Very nice spa and hotel. Staff was not available after 10 pm and gym was closed, which was disappointing. Otherwise a nice stay. Very good water, comfortable beds, nice soaking tub and great room layout. One of our favorite spots.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms with a lot of wood and private terraces. The love for detail comes through in all areas of the hotel. The dining rooms are beautifully divided into different areas. The sauna and recovery rooms also provide a lot of choice. Privacy is easy to find, both inside and in the garden where there is also a natural pool and a separate heated one with recliners in the water - not big, but lovely. The staff are friendly and the owners are involved hands-on. I can highly recommend Arosea.

We spent several days in this wonderful hotel - green oriented with particular attention to the usage of materials and impact on the nature. We were surrounded by nature and mountains - ready for a walk in the middle of he forest- but at the same time with all the comfort of the modern world available! Cosy and well illuminated spacious rooms + natural spring water directly in the room + 2 floors of wellness area + personal trainer and lots of activities proposed. Beautiful open space restaurant with a panoramic view over the mountains with delicious food, and a sweet surprise offered every day for the afternoon tea time! Very important = XL + covered parking space for your cars! Strongly recommended!

Stayed two nights at Arosea with Audi's R8 South Tyrol-tour, and we all had a great experience. Having driven cars intensively all day it was amazing to relax and easy to find comfort at this hotel. Very calm and comfortable atmosphere, great service and nice rooms. Waiters at breakfast and dinners were also all very helpful and polite. Spa and gym facilites are excellent. Breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for: probably 30 kinds of olive oil, black/red lava salt from hawaii, four types of local pesto, 10-15 kinds of bread, omelette-station and fresh juice presser, etc. I'm most definitely bringing my girlfriend back here for a laid-back retreat some day.

Hotel has friendly staff and location is good! |Merano is 40 min. away and Bolzano almost 1:30h .|Good for cycling and walking, but not for shopping! Facility is nice and rooms are big and clean! Wine and beverages could be a bit cheaper! Food is very good!
