Arrive Federal Hill

It's been a few months since I've moved into the Arrive as I've been waiting until I got settled in to write a review but I'm extremely happy with the Apartment! The amenities are great, the lobby/lounge area is always warm and inviting and the location is great, being right in the corner Fed Hill, Otterbein, and Inner Harbor. Any issue we've had maintenance has been extremely quick to respond and Angie has been amazing responding to any need we've had, big or small. I visited a lot of apartments and she was one of the few leasing consultants that didn't respond with just corporate AI nonsense, it was great personal interaction the entire process and has made this place feel like home.

I had a great experience thanks to Shante’s excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The building itself is wonderful—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. The downtown location is also a huge plus, making everything convenient and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

After touring many apartment communities in the area, this one truly stood out. Angie, the leasing consultant, gave me an amazing tour and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question with ease. The location is fantastic, the amenities are great, and the overall community feels like home. I can’t wait to call Arrive Federal Hill my home!

I have had a great experience living here at Arrive Federal Hill. The building is kept clean. The amenities are accessible at all times. Everyday I’m greeted by Shante’ at the front desk who is always happy to help or answer any questions i have throughout the day. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL

I’ve been living at Arrive Federal Hill for about two years and have really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient and the building itself is updated and well maintained, which makes it even more comfortable. The staff is always friendly, and the concierge team goes above and beyond. Big shout out to Floyd for helping me out with a situation recently — he was great! Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

I visited Arrive Federal Hill and was very impressed with the overall property. Everything was very well kept. Shante welcomed me and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable, personable and kind.

I came in for a tour and Shante was very nice!! She had really good knowledge of the property and answered all my questions!! She is a great leasing agent

The front desk in the back is so rude towards black people , I had an e-mail appointment at 12:00 for a tour . From the jump she was hostile and was already judgmental and rude asking me how much I make and etc but mind you this is a tour ! She was nice to the white residents but when it's black residents she was just rude .. the other lady with the glasses is so nice but the fat chubby germ ball was so rude for no reason ..

Beautiful apartments, horrible management. We stayed there for a year and management changed three times. All staff but one was very unhelpful, rude, not responding to emails, not forthcoming about secret fees added to our rent every month. They haven't bothered sending our security deposit after we moved out either. Very shady people. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolute worse and disheartening experience. If you are looking for warm friendly smile or someone who wishes you to live at their location. Run and run as fast as you can and don't look back. Phones ring over and over and if someone answers they will say they are the service for the property and can they please take a message. They will never call you back.
