Arrive Federal Hill

I’ve been living at Arrive Federal Hill for about two years and have really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient and the building itself is updated and well maintained, which makes it even more comfortable. The staff is always friendly, and the concierge team goes above and beyond. Big shout out to Floyd for helping me out with a situation recently — he was great! Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

I have lived here since June 2024 and have enjoyed being a resident. UNITS: Large and modern! I currently share a 2 bed 2 bath Concord apartment that has a bump out that sees the Inner Harbor. It is perfect for roommates as everything is equal with large walk in closets and plenty of storage. AMENITIES: Pool? Check. Gym? Check. Co-work space? Check. There is plenty of work from home spots when you need a change of scenery from the apartment. THE TEAM: From the leasing team, concierge team, and the management team - everyone is wonderful! Every time there is any issue, they are right on it. Angie helped me with my lease renewal. David makes a point to always say hello when you walk through the door and so kind whenever you have a question. Shante keeps the community together by planning wonderful activities and food trucks. Ikeema, the property manager, is constantly on top of everything whenever there is an issue or concern. She works hard to improve the complex and goes above and beyond. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: I can't love the location enough. Inner Harbor, Camden Yard, M&T Stadium, Convention Center, Cross Street Market, Science Center, Aquarium - all walking distance! Public transit right at the front door to make it easy to get around the city. You are really in the heart of downtown. Looking forward to renewing once more!

Angie is THEE best!!!! She took time away from her duties to help me look for a package. She actually went through every locker to make sure it wasn't in a locker for another apartment. After looking through at least 30 lockers she found it. I am extremely grateful! She also was the one to give me my tour when I was apartment hunting. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

The welcome we received was so lovely. They put extra touches in the apartment before we moved in and it made us feel really welcomed. It also always smells great in the lobby and Angie is so helpful whenever we have leasing questions.

Been living here for 6 months and my experience has been nothing but excellent!!! The entire office staff is great. Angie, David, and Shante are always so helpful and it’s always a pleasure speaking with them. Ikeema the Property Manager is amazing! She always ensures her residents are happy and resolves any issues. The maintenance staff, Michael, Santos and James, are very hardworking and are very quick to take care of my work orders. The building is kept in great condition. Lots to do around the area! Convenient location. I definitely plan to keep calling Arrive Federal Hill my home!

Arrive is in such a great location! My apartment exceeded my expectations. I love the entire staff! Major S/O to the property manager Ikeema, the concierge staff Shante & Guy who are phenomenal and the amazing maintenance supervisor Michael. 10’s across the board!

This review and 5 stars is specifically for James at Arrive Fed Hill. James is a consummate professional. He has assisted me and my husband with a few maintenance issues and is always incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional no matter the issue or the kind of day he may be having. He has a cheery and friendly presence within the building that can’t be missed. Arrive is lucky to have James with his excellent professionalism, skill sets, and most of all, top-notch customer service skills.

Been here for about 3 years, went through a lot of management changes. I can confidently say, the place is absolutely fantastic. The team is absolutely great and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Floyd for his help during my move out. 5 stars.

The front desk in the back is so rude towards black people , I had an e-mail appointment at 12:00 for a tour . From the jump she was hostile and was already judgmental and rude asking me how much I make and etc but mind you this is a tour ! She was nice to the white residents but when it's black residents she was just rude .. the other lady with the glasses is so nice but the fat chubby germ ball was so rude for no reason ..

Beautiful apartments, horrible management. We stayed there for a year and management changed three times. All staff but one was very unhelpful, rude, not responding to emails, not forthcoming about secret fees added to our rent every month. They haven't bothered sending our security deposit after we moved out either. Very shady people. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolute worse and disheartening experience. If you are looking for warm friendly smile or someone who wishes you to live at their location. Run and run as fast as you can and don't look back. Phones ring over and over and if someone answers they will say they are the service for the property and can they please take a message. They will never call you back.
