I went to Arro’s Coffee in Bayswater with a friend for a cosy catch-up, and it really didn’t disappoint. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe: small, comfortable, and the kind of spot where you actually want to sit, talk, and take your time. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without ever feeling pushy.
I ordered the custard-filled croissant and a dark chocolate mocha. Both were excellent. The croissant was fresh, flaky, and generously filled, and the mocha had a deep chocolate flavour while still tasting like proper coffee, not overly sweet, just well balanced.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the quality, atmosphere, and service made it feel worth it. It’s one of those cafés you go to when you want something a bit special rather than just a quick coffee.
Overall: lovely spot, great coffee, great pastries, and a really cosy place to catch up with someone. I’d happily come back again.
