Great staff!! I tired my first paella tonight. And it was rabbit (conejo?) rabbi and it was the best introduction I could have asked for with paella. Mid Sept after 7pm ..I recommend reservations but they squeezed us in an hour later. The host was so professional and kind and our waitstaff were smiling and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience that paired perfectly with the gorgeous decor and effortlessly elegantly vibes.

Wow! What an incredible dining experience at Arrocería Marina Ventura in Madrid. The paella was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and so authentic. The sangria was refreshing and balanced, the perfect pairing for our meal. And don’t even get me started on the desserts — each one was delicious and beautifully presented. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Madrid and craving a fantastic meal!

Hubby and I visited today after looking up great places for paella in Madrid. Our visit went beyond our expectations. We were looking forward to sampling the seafood paella which was delicious and full of fresh seafood but we were blown away by our starters which were the salmorejo and grilled cuttlefish. Beautiful, fresh and comforting flavours! We were also very well taken care of by the lovely staff named Marc, Freddy and Gabriel. They were helpful, warm and made our experience much more memorable. Thank you and looking forward to coming back!

It was an amazing experience. The staffs are polite accomodating and very friendly. Especially Marc who greeted us and checked on us in the middle of our wait. Food is also exceptional. Best paella i ever had!

We have no idea how this place got its Google reviews. We just visited, and it was a huge disappointment. We came all the way here after watching YouTubers recommend it for authentic Spanish paella. The waiter was nice, but the manager didn’t speak English and was quite impatient. They brought us a bottle of water, two pieces of bread, a small plate of sauce, and some breadsticks. None of it tasted good, so we barely touched any of it. Every table got the same setup, but no one told us it would be charged. When we got the bill, the water was €3.50, and that small plate of sauce, the bread, and the breadsticks were €5 — all without asking if we wanted them. It’s basically a forced charge, and you can’t even complain because the manager doesn’t speak English. Every table gets charged the same. ⚠️ Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We order seafood paella take away and we thought it was very good. They offered to send it home in a pan for a 10 euro deposit. We attempted to order by phone but did not receive the payment link (required to pay at time of ordering) so we walked to the restaurant, ordered and waited the 40 min for the paella to be prepared. Kind staff and very good paella.

Decided on a whim to pop in and so glad I did. The staff were very accommodating given I didn’t have a reservation and the food was excellent. I think, perhaps, it’s a bit touristy as there were only tourists present. And I wish they did paella for one (though I of course understand the challenges). Instead I had the breaded mushrooms (yum!), the grilled cuttlefish and the octopus/garlic prawns

We visited this restaurant with high expectations. The food was very good, though not extraordinary — we felt that for the price, we expected more value for money. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait several minutes for our table, which was uncomfortable given how hot it was outside. The service from the waiters felt a bit cold and distant, which didn’t help the overall impression. That said, we still managed to enjoy our time there and had fun in the end. With some improvements in hospitality and organization, this place could easily be a much better experience.
