Would not recommend this restaurant at all.
We chose this restaurant based on the glowing reviews we read about their paella, but we were severely disappointed. The paella was mushy and yet every mouthful had hard, uncooked grains of rice. The flavour of the broth used to cook the paella was not too bad, but we ordered the seafood paella and the shrimp were not properly cleaned and still had the digestive tracts in them and there was sand in many of the seafood pieces, which is crazy considering this restaurant charges 29€ per portion of seafood paella. Some of the other seafood also had an off taste, like they were not fresh. I experienced food poisoning symptoms the same night I dined here, and I suspect it was because of the seafood.
Aside from the paella, we also ordered the fried mushrooms which were very bland and had an unclean, earthy taste.
The service was mediocre and the servers were not very professional. Please note that this review was entirely based on the food, but if you're specifically looking for a restaurant that provides an elevated service experience, this is not the one for you. There are so many restaurants in Madrid, so definitely do not waste your time or money here.
