We absolutely LOVE this wonderful peaceful friendly place. Our cabin #11 was perfect and comfortable. We loved waking up in the mornings looking out the front door at the cows and mules. Little Paws, kiity, became my best animal buddy while there. All the farm animals are awesome!! Also, the breakfasts were delicious!! We will be back! Thanks you so very much for everything.

Very nice cabins in a rural farm setting. The owners and employees were extremely welcoming. We stayed in Willow #10. Had everything you might want and was very clean. The breakfast is listed as "To-Go", but is actually a nice variety that can either be taken to your cabin or eaten on the deck by the pool. A very fun extra is the "maternity ward" for the milk goats. The babies are so cute, you want to take one home.

We stayed a week at Arrowhead. The cabin and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed seeing the farm animals. The staff was friendly and helpful. This served as our base while we were in Utah, between Bryce and Zion. The location was good. The view of the mountains from the grounds is nice. Overall, we recommend Arrowhead for modest family oriented stays while in SW Utah.

We loved our stay at Arrowhead. Our 10 year old son loved walking around the farm and visiting the animals. Our room was perfect and very clean and comfortable. There is great care in taking care of the property. The breakfast was great. Finally, the team was very responsive to questions, changes in reservations, and helping us when we locked ourselves out of our cabin. I would certainly recommend Arrowhead to those traveling between Zion and Bryce.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely family-ran cabin and ranch in 2022. This is a late review, but we enjoyed it so much that we’re thinking of returning. These cabins are nestled between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. This B and B had yummy to go breakfast included. There is a quaint country store that offers some lunch items to purchase and various gift items, such as home-made goat soap. You can see the goats on their property! If you are inclined, schedule a guided tour of the animals. I was raised in the country with many animals, so this country girl really enjoyed everything Arrowhead Country Cabins had to offer. If you’re looking for an urban, slick, modern style, this isn’t the place, but what you will find is a slice of country culture, so often overlooked by many. I think you will love Arrowhead Country Cabins. This world traveler sure did. |Also, very note worthy is the Maynard Dixon Art Gallery, located across from Arrowhead Country Cabins. We spent some time there and purchased a local artist print.

Super friendly and helpful owners/staff. Great location as we are not night owls but truly love the proximity to so many great national parks, hiking trails and adventures. Very clean, wonderful light breakfast every morning. Adorable farm animals. Would stay here again.

It's a very good property, located between Zion and Bryce canyon. It has a number of animals , horses, cute little kitty, chickens and there is a pool and a hot tub.

A lovely farm in a beautiful and quiet location - exactly what we were looking for! Lots of animals to admire (and pet!) and friendly staff/family members around the farm to chat with.

Yelp
Maggie picked the Arrowhead Country Inn & Cabins as it was close to Zion National Park there are no city lights to obstruct your view of the stars and you can look at all the farm animals. Living near the beach has it's perks but one thing we don't experience at home is snow.  During our stay we experienced light snow flurries.  It was magical walking through the snow and watching the farm being snowed on.  It was like the scene at the start of Citizen Kane with the snow globe shaken up and snow landing everywhere.  I loved feeling the light pieces of snow landing on me. Very nice cabin.  I loved how well insulated it was.  I noticed the temperature went down to 11F at 6am.  Inside the cabin was toasty with the portable heater set on low. Kitchen had a mini-fridge/freezer which was able to hold 3 of my ice packs plus a quart of ice cream.  I might have gotten a half gallon of ice cream in but then none of my ice packs would fit.  There was a microwave, plates, and utensils. Lots of farm animals to check out.  We saw chickens in the chicken coop.  Goats in their pen.  A donkey.  Cows.  A few cats.  A very friendly dog owned by the staff. Staff was very nice and informative. I loved staying at the Arrowhead Country Inn & Cabins

Yelp
Found this gem whilst searching for places to stay in Utah along our roadtrip route. Usually they don't open until spring, however their open date just happen to overlap with my itinerary. Even though we stayed during the last week of March, the temperatures were in the teens at night and the 30's during the day. It lightly snowed which was so beautiful to see, while not really affecting the roads. The cabin had two space heaters, one for the bathroom and one for the remaining area. They have a total of seven cabins, a gift shop (with wonderfully handmade scented goat milk soaps, lotions and more) small restaurant, pool/spa (open only when warm), a farm with goats, cows, mules, chickens (one duck), miniature ponies and one cat. I just don't know where to begin as it's obvious every detail has been well thought out and executed. The gift shop is just full of lovely handmade items. The goat milk is sourced from yes you guessed it, the goats on the farm. The breakfast that is included with your stay each morning is made with eggs from the cute chickens on the farm. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows are provided. The bed has a nice extra pillow top, making it super comfortable. A mini kitchen comes with; a small refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, microwave and plenty of towels/washcloths. The shower (in the garden cabin) is huge and wheelchair accessible for those who need it. Towels, soap and shampoo is provided. There is a small table inside as well as outside by the front door patio. I really appreciated the thoughtful binder (found inside the cabin) containing loads of information about the surrounding area. As it gave me many ideas of how to plan my day. They are located near the east entrance to Zion National Park and close to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. You can walk around the grounds and say hello to the farm animals. I chatted with the chickens, goats and the friendly cat. The chicken coop is huge with an automatic door (so they can go in/out) that closes at dusk. Keeping them safe from pesky predators. The goat barn is cozy with heaters. They were a bit reluctant to come out, that is until they thought I had food! The birds visit the grass area in front of the cabin, hopping around and pausing now and then to gaze back in my direction. I'd love to see this place in full spring bloom. With all of the trees and plants blooming. This place feels like home. Definitely will plan to visit on my next trip this way.

Yelp
I stayed here this past week with my family. We had an amazing time! The cabins are clean, cozy and comfortable. The farm is quiet and relaxing, which is just what I was looking for. We loved the fresh breakfasts every morning. I can't wait to come back and stay at Arrowhead again!

Yelp
What a delightful place to stay! This was our second visit. We stayed two nights in June in the Yellow Rose suite. The room is huge, with a good size kitchenette, giant bathroom and comfy couch and king bed. The back door opens up to the shared patio (very convenient for breakfast). This weekend we stayed one night in the Piney Cabin. It's very quaint, much smaller with a great view of the pasture and horses. It's also near the creek, the donkeys and goats. The only downside was that this was a very warm weekend and the room AC took a while to kick in. What we love are the people! Very nice! And the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The best part is the amazing breakfasts! It changes every day. Baked goods, eggs and meats, cereals, breads, fruits, juices. Something for everyone. And lots of coffee. You can eat indoors or on the patio with the hummingbirds! This is definitely on our list of regular places to stay!

Yelp
We had a wonderful time. My husband grew up in south Mississippi and I lived there for a few years. Whenever we leave for our anniversary trip we want to stay somewhere rural and peaceful. This was exactly what we expected and wanted. The breakfast was good, the people on property were very kind. It was super serene and we were not far from Zion. We would love to come back!

Yelp
To much "charm" The pictures on their website do give the impression that this is a cute little retreat between 3 major National parks, but Arrowhead cabins are anything but that. We sustained rough $2,000 dollars in personal property damage because of some low hanging power lines. As we were driving back to Cedar Cabin the power lines pulled our bike off the roof of our car. The ground to the handlebars was 9 ft, I had it measured at the west entrance of Zion NP because I was worried about the tunnels. I explained what happened to the owner Jim, he said it wasn't his fault. I'd expect signs warning of "low clearance". The steps to our cabin were broken, and we found set mouse traps in our bedroom. Stay here at your own risk, some friends of ours stayed a few miles up the road at "East Zion Resort" and said it was great.

Yelp
We stayed in the Cottonwood cabin. It was very clean and well appointed, even down to the dish detergent and lanterns for the porch. It had a 50 gallon hot water heater. Outside our door was a horse pasture and beautiful scenery and at night the stars were amazing. No review of this place would be complete without a word about breakfast; oh my God, it was so delicious. One morning we had banana pancakes and another morning we had blueberry cream cheese something that was absolutely delicious along with our bacon sausage and eggs. This was during Covid when they even packed it all up for us to take back to our cabin and eat on the porch. Wonderful place!

Yelp
We had a great stay and enjoyed a nice country-like experience during our family adventure to Zion. The breakfasts were incredible and the pool was a nice way to splash around in the July heat. We enjoyed the mountain views and seeing the many farm animals. The owners seemed friendly but we hardly saw or talked to them, I assume they are maintaining more distance due to Covid restrictions. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and was a short drive over to Zion and I think it's only about 30-40 minute from Bryce Canyon but we never made it over there.

Yelp
We arrived at Arrowhead with the intention of staying for six nights. Unfortunately we were able to stay only one night, because the very next morning we received a call that we needed to rush home to Indiana to put our beloved family dog down. This was unexpected and it was devastating. As we rushed to pack up the car, my parents attempted to talk with the manager, hoping to elicit any sort of understanding or sympathy. However, that was not the case. No compromise, partial refund, or credit was offered. And the most hurtful part, was the unwillingness to sympathize, to offer sincerity. And so unfortunately, we had to make the decision to lose 5 nights/6 days worth of money, so that we could drive back to Vegas, hop on a plane, and spend the last few moments with our pup. As a person practicing law, I fully understand legal obligations. I understand the desire for small businesses to protect themselves and I understand the necessity of boundaries with refunds. However, as a person, I do not understand a lack of sympathy and a lack of understanding in dire situations. All in all, I warn families and individuals to think twice about booking with this property. If an emergency or unexpected situation occurs, you will not receive any relief from this management. I can only encourage this management to have more kindness and more genuine compassion for others in the future.

Yelp
Extremely unaccommodating considering the COVID-19 pandemic. We had a slight change of plans after booking and, after trying to get a hold of the inn for three weeks to adjust our stay, we received no answer. The phone rings at the front desk and no one is there. Convenient that the only option to change your reservation is to make a new booking and cancel your old one (with a hefty cancelation fee, which we won't be paying)...

Yelp
I loved my stay at Arrowhead Bed and Breakfast! I stayed for 2 nights in the Willow Cabin, and it was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, hot water, clean sheets and towels, a couch, a front porch, and cute cats roaming around. The area is gorgeous and the B&B is set on a beautiful farm. It's located about a 20 minute drive from the east entrance to Zion, and about 75 minutes from Bryce, so it's a good home base for visiting these two parks. The owners are also very nice and make you feel so welcome. They are very accommodating, i.e. when we let them know of our late check-in (due to longer-than-anticipated driving times and a time change from Vegas), they were very understanding and helped arrange a more convenient check-in for us. They also have an amazing breakfast prepared every morning at 8:30 am -- eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits (with Apple butter!), fruit, yogurt, etc. Breakfast is located in the main building/lodge in a gorgeous country-style kitchen and dining area which overlooks the farms out back. When I'm back in this area, I'll definitely stay here again!

Yelp
This is a darling, picturesque B&B nestled in between Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. Our cabin was comfy and the breakfasts were wonderful! The owners were very nice and out working hard every day that we were there. Did I mention the wonderful farm animals! Great experience and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought our cabin would be smaller and more rustic, even though the photos are nice. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is nice and clean, and it's well situated between Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell. We stayed in the Orchard cabin, which was a nice size for the four of us. The folks running the place are great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This place is so quaint and relaxing to stay at! We stayed in the Piney cabin for two nights and it was a perfect pit stop on our way to camping in Bryce Canyon. The Piney has a mini fridge and microwave, which was a great bonus. We did eat breakfast both mornings and it was delicious. The owners are very nice and we felt very welcomed. It was a short easy drive to explore Kanab and other things on the way. Moqui Cave was probably about 15 min away and they have a lots of pamphlets of easy things to stop at right off the highway.

Yelp
**updated review** After the response from the owner, there were unforeseen circumstances (family emergency) that they were dealing with we definitely feel 4 stars is a more accurate review. Thank you!

Yelp
On our visit to Zion and Bryce, we found this b&b while surfing the web and booked the place on a whim w/o checking reviews first and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. First, the website holds a vast amount of information to help you plan your travels. Through the site, we visited the Best Friends Sanctuary (largest no-kill domestic animal shelter in the world and def worth a visit if you are an animal lover!!). We found the recommended sites and itineraries worthwhile and we ended up following some of them including the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Pipe Springs in addition to Bryce and Zion. When we booked the b&b, the cabins were all reserved so we opted for the Morning Glory Room at the main house. The room was alright and slightly muggy, but didn't really matter as we were never in our room. The grounds were comfortable as if you were in your own home. There was a room full of videos to borrow and a pool table. In the backyard, there was a pool and hot tub. The pool was on the smaller side but great for a dip after a long day walking through Bryce in the blazing sun. If you like animals, there are horses, cats and dogs. The patio is great for relaxing and reading a book, but you will definitely find yourself at the attentions of some chubby cute cat. Breakfast is served at 8:30 in the dining area and is a great way to me other guests and get travel ideas. We were there for about four days and for breakfast, there was always some sort of carb like blueberry pancakes or waffles and a meat such as bacon or ham. It was definitely a very hearty breakfast and I'm not used to seeing so much bacon on one platter. I'm more of a simple b-fast eater like a bagel and cream cheese or some fruit, but the other guests definitely looked more than satisfied with their breakfast. Overall, if I were in the Bryce or Zion area again, Arrowhead would be continue to be my one stop for the homey pleasant feel and great service.

Yelp
This bed and breakfast with cabins was wonderful for our three night stay. We stayed in the orchard cabin. The breakfasts were wonderful (farm fresh eggs, bacon, and pancakes or waffles - but ask if she can make the peach Dutch baby for you - delicious), the owners were very nice, and the location in relation to Zion was perfect. We had a great time and will miss Johnny, one of the resident cats, dearly. Highly recommend staying here. It was very homey and perfect for our "base camp" for daily hikes in the national parks.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very friendly, but not in your face when you wanted some down time. We stayed at the cheapest room in the basement ($79) which was cutely decorated with a queen sized bed. Also had a tv which had no cable, but you could go to their library of 200000000000 something (NOT KIDDING) movies on VHS and go nuts. It was really cold in the basement, but there was also a little heater you could plug in if you wanted to. The private restroom to the side of our room was also convenient. Breakfast was served at 830am. Just get on up and head over to the table and heap on as much as you wish. There was always fresh orange juice (!!!), a platter of fruits (strawberrys, honey dew, cantelope, watermelon), eggs, sausage, and then we had strawberry waffles with whipped cream one day and a sort of a peach pie cobbler dish on the other. Awesome. What kind of freaked me out was that I found 5" long kind of curly white hair in between the blankets... I really hope they clean everything between guests but hey you can't catch every little detail right.

Priya D.

Yelp
We loved our 3 night stay at this place a lot. It's location between Zion and Bryce canyons is perfect. The innkeepers are very friendly and attentive. They genuinely care for their guests. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The cabin itself is specious and well appointed. They have a pool and hot tub and a beautiful parlor. Everything you want for a relaxing vacation.

Tim D.

Yelp
This is a great place. Located perfectly in the area of all the parks, it's in s beautiful setting, the owners are cool, breakfast is amazing, and the scenery is outstanding. We stayed here after a long bike ride from St George, through Zion, and hiking Angel's Landing. We were exhausted, and the friendly atmosphere was welcome. If you like a more cozy setting than a hotel, this is it. Great weather here all summer.

Erin C.

Yelp
We stayed here last week on our family trip to the national parks. The cabin was perfect for our family of six! The breakfasts were wonderful and Jane and all of the other staff were extremely friendly and very helpful in providing information about the area.

Lisa D.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our time here and stayed in cottonwood. Very private and friendly. Nice kitchenette. Many old movies in the cabins. Delicious breakfasts!

Heather H.

Yelp
We loved it here. The owners are very nice. We rented the Cedar Creek Family cabin for the 3 of us, it was very quiet. 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living room with satellite TV, a BBQ that had a propane tank on it, and a deck to sit on and enjoy the view. The cabin itself felt almost brand new, very clean. As you are driving to the inn, the houses in the area are a bit messy, but when pulling into the driveway of the Inn it really feels like you are in a separate area. Horses, flowers, green grass, hummingbirds, beautiful mountains as the backdrop. Jane makes a great breakfast and we had it for 3 days with different options available each day. We would certainly stay again!
