First of the beach and service were great. Our server was friendly, and everything was mostly clean. The problem starts with the food. I ordered a burger with fries after making sure with the server that it wasnt somekind of frozen patty, and what I got was a sad attempt of over-sauced raw burger. After taking a bite and telling the server, he took the burger back to the kitchen which apparently took the patty off the buns and grilled it a second time with sauce and all still on it (in Europe would they make a completely new burger). After the burger came back, I took a second bite, and it was still raw. So I gave the burger back, told them I wouldn't pay for this crap and ordered a grilled cheese because I fought they could mess something this easy up. All in all, a pleasant experience wasn't it for that god-awful burger. Fries were fine tho

This review is intended to review the beach only -I didn't stay in the hotel so I don't have the slightest idea of staying in Arsuz Hotel. First the beach was ready to enjoy, staff was welcoming guests as the beach was also relatively crowded during May. All drinks and food was available and service quality was good. Seats and beach beds were comfortable and clean. Beach itself was also clean -apparently it's taken care of during off season. If you intend to enjoy sea during May, Arsuz Hotel's beach could be one of the top picks in the area.

Great authentic hotel by the beach, which is always clean with shallow water - especially great for kids. A bit old but very well maintained, with housekeep staff who are very friendly and helpful. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here at this beautiful gem.

Good hotel. Mostly clean could have been a bit better but maybe that’s just me being fussy. The facilities are great for the kids. Staff are very helpful - nothing is to much trouble. Good selection of food available. Will definitely return next year!

I went to Arsuz last year and this hotel was full so this time I booked a bit advance because it looked very nice from the exterior. Unfortunately, the expectations were not met at all. First, the season has not started and they are preparing the place with a lot of works around and noise. If you want to refurbish your hotel, good for you but then, close it or at least decrease your excessive prices. Also, the room was really average, you can find plenty of hotels around for more than half the price + we got completely eaten by mosquitoes.||Sorry, but I will stay in another place next time.

We stayed there last week and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel's private beach is clean and calm. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are basic but clean.||I have not seen many other places in Arzus but I think it is the bet place to stay. We recommend the place.

İt has two parts, old and new. But doesn't matter. It is very clean. It has the best beach. Although it gets very crowdy on the weekend, they have enough shade. The best season is september, otherwise ıt is very hot.

Although we hadn´t booked we got the room recommended by Lonely Planet, with a balcony stretching out forever. We spent four lovely nights here with some time on the beach, a day in Antakya (don´t miss the museum with the mosaics) and an exciting car journey along the coast to Samandag (try that if you´ve got a rented car, a bit of an adventure) and also visiting Vakifli, the only Armenian village in Turkey||The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly although only a few of them spoke English. Great breakfast and we also had some really good dinners.||We hope to return!
