Location is good, it's only 3 minutes from main station. Very quiet during the whole day. The room is also clean, I was in the single room, which the size is also very comfortable. Facilities are also great. The staffs are really friendly.

Very nice hotel. The room is big, the bathroom surprisingly big as well (and had a bathtub!), with nice amenities (toiletries kit, eco-friendly products). The hospitality tray includes a Nespresso machine and tea. The location is nice, right next to the station and city center, near all the hotels. The check out was super smooth, the check-in took a few minutes, but mostly because the receptionist was alone and had to take care of the bar as well. She was kind and efficient as soon as she could take care of us. It is a good value for the price, when you want a reasonable price and a good stay.

Great location centrally located close to old town. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Great continental breakfast as well. Took care of our family and provided us with a baby cot as well :)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the lower old town (Lorenz) but in a street that is quiet and safe. It is much more affordable to stay here than staying within the old town if one is willing to just walk several minutes. The rooms are clean and modern and so are the bathrooms. We stayed in a basic double room which was small but typical size of most centrally located European hotels. The property is of good size with outdoor area. They have drinking water at the front for hotel guests. I love most is the breakfast. There is a wide selection of healthy items, good tea and some delicious pudding/yogurt. There is also AC! I will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Nuremberg.

The staff was very nice and helpful, informative and cheerful. Very well located hotel near the train station & a short distance from the city center. enjoyed the included breakfast Top easy Service, the simplest 1 person room is comparatively just as good as the bigger ones especially for the price, very nice etablissement all around !

SO DISAPPOINTED with this hotel. We got two rooms as we are traveling with teen boys. Their room smelled so bad the staff ended up moving them to another room. The new room was hot and musty, then we noticed the air conditioning was completely broken. We asked the front desk about it and they looked up the room and confirmed they knew it was broken. Why would they even move my boys to that room on a hot June day?! In addition, the air conditioning "unit" is hardly working in our room. A staff member looked at it and told us it was because the sun was shining on our room. We told him we had the blinds fully closed all day. Our floor was also dirty and my socks were brown on the bottom after wearing them just one night before bed. On our second day here, my parents found a bed bug in their bed! They are asking to move rooms as I write this. We almost packed up and went to another hotel with as bad as this was.

Nice, clean and basic hotel in Nürnberg run by a very friendly team. Location is great and as well the Location.

We are staying Here at the moment and it’s a nightmare. We had a pre-paid booking and were not told before or while arriving that the air-conditioning has broken down in all of the rooms. It has been an issue for weeks but no info for guests at all!!! There is a portable fan in the room but there’s no use for it at all! This is completely unacceptable!

Basically a great hotel: modern rooms, extraordinary friendly service, wonderful breakfast (in the yard in summertime). Just take care that you do not get a single room to the street side if want to sleep with open window and can't stand loud traffic noises or if you can't stand air conditioning the whole night (the traffic even whilst the night is extreme!)
