Amazing hotel, but it's expensive for what it is.
Rooms are really clean.
The beds are great.
Showers are a little small but hot and plenty of pressure.
Plenty of power sockets in the rooms
Continental breakfast, - so if youre from the uk, Dont expect a fry up, but what you do get is fresh, delicious, and plenty full. There's fresh jams, different breads, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc. The only complaint I could really comment on is that the restaurant needs a little more lighting.
Hotel itself is clean, and tidy, Someone always on the front desk 24/7.
Staff always helpful and polite, will help you when they can or if you ask. Checkout time is by 12pm, so even offer to take your luggage whilst you're waiting for your flight even thoe you've checked out. staff will happily take your luggage so you can freely roam the city whilst your room gets prepped if you've arrived early also.
My only gripe with the hotel is that, the doors could do with either replacing or having some trim on them as they seem a little out of place and clashing with the rest of the hotels look.
All in all, the hotel is nice & clean, its quiet, but just seems to be lacking something, but with only a 10 min walk to the square so plenty to do nearby.
I think if it was bigger, offered a pool , a spa, or something along them lines, with how the hotel is in its current situation it would be the perfect hotel for relaxing and exploring krakow.
