Amazing hotel, but it's expensive for what it is. Rooms are really clean. The beds are great. Showers are a little small but hot and plenty of pressure. Plenty of power sockets in the rooms Continental breakfast, - so if youre from the uk, Dont expect a fry up, but what you do get is fresh, delicious, and plenty full. There's fresh jams, different breads, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc. The only complaint I could really comment on is that the restaurant needs a little more lighting. Hotel itself is clean, and tidy, Someone always on the front desk 24/7. Staff always helpful and polite, will help you when they can or if you ask. Checkout time is by 12pm, so even offer to take your luggage whilst you're waiting for your flight even thoe you've checked out. staff will happily take your luggage so you can freely roam the city whilst your room gets prepped if you've arrived early also. My only gripe with the hotel is that, the doors could do with either replacing or having some trim on them as they seem a little out of place and clashing with the rest of the hotels look. All in all, the hotel is nice & clean, its quiet, but just seems to be lacking something, but with only a 10 min walk to the square so plenty to do nearby. I think if it was bigger, offered a pool , a spa, or something along them lines, with how the hotel is in its current situation it would be the perfect hotel for relaxing and exploring krakow.

The Art and Garden Residence is a fantastic hotel, that is both stylish and comfortable. Derek from reception was really helpful when we arrived early and put our bags in the luggage room. When we checked in a few hours later, Derek booked us in and told us about the taster nights the hotel holds mid week and the discount residents get. The rooms have a high end finish and the bed was comfortable. We booked a superior room, which has a great balcony seating area, on thr front of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the garden area to the rear of the hotel is beautiful.

Lovely small hotel about 15 minute walk from main square. Well appointed rooms with quirky art designs. Breakfast was very good with a good range of items. Slightly spoilt by reception unable to supply items like coffee satchets put of hours. Overall, very good but desperately needs rubber mats in the shower cubicles before someone slips over!

I can hardly believe people are giving this 3 or 4 stars 🤬. A lovely place and the service received was superb. Lovely staff. Reception always willing to assist, and rooms kept very clean daily. Plenty space, beds made daily, and towels changed every day too. Breakfast was a bit of everything. Toast, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, ham, cheese. Something for everyone. Lovely restaurant area too for dining. We stayed 4 nights and no complaints whatsoever. If I am back in Krakow I will not hesitate to book here again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and silent area. It’s easy to find parking in the street (paid parking in the hotel). It’s easy to join the main square by foot. Room was spacious, nice decoration. Every thing is cleaned and new. The breakfast, included in the offer, is really good, food seems to be fresh. The garden is nice, possible to take the breakfast inside.

Overall a very budget friendly beautiful hotel. 20 minutes walking distance to the central station, accessible to convenience stores and restaurants. Only complaint: Lack of air conditioning. It makes rainy days quite unpleasant - there is no way to dry your clothes.

Was perfect for our trip. |The room with the balcony is perfect. |Very central about 20 minutes from the main square. |Although as stated online, the rooms do not have a fridge/air con/ and the hotel on has a restaurant which is marketed as a bar. Luckily there is a shop about a ten minute walk.

Garden Residence in Krakow, and it was a wonderful experience. The sleeping room was cozy and inviting—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. I especially appreciated the living room area with a comfortable sofa, which added a homely touch to the stay. The washroom was spotless and well-maintained, which really stood out. One of the highlights of the stay was the complimentary breakfast—there was a wide variety of food options to choose from, all fresh and delicious. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet area, offering a peaceful environment while still being conveniently close to the city center. Overall, I highly recommend Art & Garden Residence to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and serene place to stay in Krakow.
