Amazing hotel, but it's expensive for what it is. Rooms are really clean. The beds are great. Showers are a little small but hot and plenty of pressure. Plenty of power sockets in the rooms Continental breakfast, - so if youre from the uk, Dont expect a fry up, but what you do get is fresh, delicious, and plenty full. There's fresh jams, different breads, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc. The only complaint I could really comment on is that the restaurant needs a little more lighting. Hotel itself is clean, and tidy, Someone always on the front desk 24/7. Staff always helpful and polite, will help you when they can or if you ask. Checkout time is by 12pm, so even offer to take your luggage whilst you're waiting for your flight even thoe you've checked out. staff will happily take your luggage so you can freely roam the city whilst your room gets prepped if you've arrived early also. My only gripe with the hotel is that, the doors could do with either replacing or having some trim on them as they seem a little out of place and clashing with the rest of the hotels look. All in all, the hotel is nice & clean, its quiet, but just seems to be lacking something, but with only a 10 min walk to the square so plenty to do nearby. I think if it was bigger, offered a pool , a spa, or something along them lines, with how the hotel is in its current situation it would be the perfect hotel for relaxing and exploring krakow.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel!!! |We stayed here for 3 nights. We paid an extra £20 to have a deluxe room with balcony. Looking at the pictures I was excited and we were not disappointed!! ||Extremely friendly staff gorgeous decor 15/20 minute walk to town can’t comment on breakfast as we never made it ha ha. However, they did provide us with a breakfast box for the morning we had to leave at 5.30am for our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. Would highly recommend this hotel and would go back in a heart beat!!!

First of all it started with us feeling unwelcome. We arrived at the hotel around 1030 in the morning obviously not expecting to be checked-in, this could not be helped due to our flight time. The girl at reception just glowered at us when we came to the desk and confirmed what we already knew. She didn’t even smile or say welcome, very rude individual. However, the rest of the staff were friendly. We stayed in room 209, not great, very dark, cold and dingy. No sound proofing in the room and could hear all the conversations from the two rooms beside us, make sure you bring earplugs. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant was closed Sunday through to Wednesday… very strange. When we did go for a drink one night they were charging £15 a glass of wine, ridiculous! Hotel is located 10 minute walk from the old town which is fine. Would not recommend this hotel for the price we paid.

We stayed here for my birthday. No heating in the room in December time this really is unacceptable for a 4 * hotel we was given a small heater. In all my time travelling Europe I've never experienced anything like it. The young girl with glasses and nose piercing was very rude and not understanding at all. Walls was paper thin and was woken up throughout the night and early morning. Visually this is a beautiful hotel but please read all reviews before booking about the heating and walls being thin they are all true!!!

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. |Stayed in room 403. Looks fresh and modern. |Downside was very thin walls, and can hear other people clearly. |The other thing I didn’t like was you can’t come back and get a coffee or drink. Not even a vending machine. Yes there is a shop a couple of minutes away, but not the same. |There is some lovely seating areas. |Krakow was lovely but I’ve been now and taken off my places to see list.

I can hardly believe people are giving this 3 or 4 stars 🤬. A lovely place and the service received was superb. Lovely staff. Reception always willing to assist, and rooms kept very clean daily. Plenty space, beds made daily, and towels changed every day too. Breakfast was a bit of everything. Toast, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, ham, cheese. Something for everyone. Lovely restaurant area too for dining. We stayed 4 nights and no complaints whatsoever. If I am back in Krakow I will not hesitate to book here again.

Lovely people, and great location for the old square, only thing that would have been nice was if the seating area could be covered in as a lounge area, rather than open to the cold outside temperatures it would not take. Lot to fix and then maybe the bar could be available to have a night cap as you come in from the town…just a minor detail but would make a difference especially if you were two couples so you could sit and chat a while, other than that top marks all round.

The location is 10-15 mins walk to the old town. The hotel & room is really pretty, however there is no light in the balcony so it was dark at night. The hotel serves v good breakfast, & provided good service when we requested for free luggage storage for afew days as we would be returning back to the hotel on later part of the week. V nice of them to provide the free service.
