First time at Art Boutique Hotel Monopol which situated in a central location in St Moritz. We went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. This hotel is stunning and the staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered us free shuttle to and from the train station. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was incredible and we were given a quick room tour. The room was splendid, incredibly clean and luxurious.

Lovely hotel to stay. Very clean and well presented room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful-nothing was a problem for them. The views from the Sky bar were amazing. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Appreciated to pick up / drop off service to the station.Would return to this hotel.

We couldn't be happier with Hotel Monopol. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is beautiful! Conveniently located 1 block away from the Tram that takes you directly up Corviglia (One of the two Main Ski Mountains in St. Moritz). You can rent and store Ski's and Boots on the mountain in Corviglia, or walk a block from Art Boutique Hotel {AKA Hotel Monopol} and rent at Ender Sports). Monopol has a room to store your ski's and poles with boot warmers if you choose the latter.| The 6th Floor Sky bar is very comfortable, with great service, a wonderful menu and drinks and Views of the Alps that can't be beat. Our kids hung out in the 6th floor's Hot Tub (Same Views) while we snacked at the bar. There is also a small fitness room and a Spa (My wife had a wonderful massage) on the 6th Fl. The first floor has a lounge area you can relax in as well as an enclosed room for smoking Cigars (The smoke is vented directly outside and can't be smelled in the lounge area). There happens to be a Davidoff next door to Monopol!| The main resteraunt is open for Buffet breakfast (Excellent food and excellent service) as well as for Dinner (Also, excellent food and service). There is also a Kids place on the 1st floor with games for the kids.| I drove in from Milan and had some issues with my rental car and the staff went above and beyond arranging the fix while I ski'd. Awesome!! I drove back to Milan through the Moloja pass in a snow storm (I do NOT recommend doing this). However, the staff guided me on the best times to go, kept me abreast of when the pass was open and offered advice on alternative routes.| Great experience!

A wonderful experience and first introduction to St Moritz, the suite was very comfortable and beautifully set up for a family of four. On arrival staff greeted us and the director was incredibly accommodating giving us suggestions on what would be appropriate activities/ restaurants for our mood, schedule and children. Christian was amazing , so polite and went above and beyond. Serena the masseuse gave an incredible massage to both my son and I after a day of skiing. The facility was impeccable with great ambiance and art throughout the hotel.. we enjoyed the restaurant, dinners and breakfast. Restaurant staff were intuitively active, knowing our coffee order and which news paper I read - presenting it in the morning , I appreciated that. I also liked the products used in the bathroom Marvis toothpaste, good quality shampoo and conditioner … bed linen was top. We ended up extending out time out of comfort! Thank you Monopol

I had a great experience here! Good hotel value for money, wonderful service, cozy ambiance. Big rooms with big wardrobes. Delicious breakfast included. Location is close to everything. They have cigar room, cool bar and spa both with a view and restaurant with great wine card.

Excellent customer service with a great deal of attention to detail. Stayed half board which was great value-everything on the menu available apart from truffle. Great selection of wine with dinner. The hotel was immaculate and the house keeping service was fantastic. ||The location is ideal-central and a short walk to the funicular. ||The only negative was the temperature of the rooms-It was so warm! Couldn’t find a way to turn it down so ended up propping the window open.

Booked half board as part of an Inghams package. Very pretty journey by train from Zurich airport (3 trains 3 hours 20 mins). Hotel van at station ready for the short transfer to the hotel. |I had a small single room - but it was very nice and enough space. Bathroom lovely. Breakfast was great, enough choice and not crowded. Dinner was delicious, all waiter served with three courses included. Choice from starters, pasta, main and dessert / cheese. Staff lovely. Few minutes walk to the funicular for the very good Corviglia ski area, 2 minutes to ski bus to travel to other ski areas. We went to Corvatsch - 20 minutes on bus there and came back by bus from St Moritz Bad. It would be possible to connect to the Corviglia ski area at St Maroitz Bad and ski all the way back (cannot connect the 2 ski areas in the other direction).

Ok hotel with basic amenities. Clean, quiet, close to downtown. Nothing special. Breakfast was good though, but that seems to be pretty standard across Switzerland. The concierge was nice enough to send us a humidifier and kettle which helped fight the dryness. Overall I would say the hotel wasn’t totally worth the $450 we paid for one night, but other than that there’s nothing to complain about or be too excited about. A very run-of-the-mill experience.
