Very convenient location, next to main train staion. Art Deco Building with very tasteful matching interior and furnishing. Check-in and out can be done electronically which was very conventient for me with an early morning departure

Spent a couple of nights at the hotel. The location is good – only a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The hotel is not bad and I would certainly give it 3 stars. But I don’t see how this hotel deserves 4 stars. |The lobby is dull and empty. The staff seemed a bit bored. Upon arrival, the room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was old (and with no shampoo, body lotion etc. provided as I would expect from a 4-star hotel). During my stay only the bed was made. The room was not cleaned and not even fresh toilet paper was provided.

Excellent location! I had a room directly looking into the roundabout. Awesome except if there's public viewing of football... Rooms are comfortable, suficient and clean. Watch for the shower door because you can end with a small pond if you don't close it properly and it ain't evident. Service is polite and helpful, but the hotel is leaning towards online everything, including checking in/out and the front desk is often unattended. It's OK if you don't are about personalized, human service, and you don't care about losing jobs for company profit. The rooftop restaurant is really nice andnit has a very nice view, it has a nice eerie atmosphere early in the morning. The staff is super friendly there.

Rooms are clean. Service is good. Location is perfect. Hot water - it takes more than 5 minutes of flushing until hot water comes. Lack of vegetables during breakfast is very strange.

Very central location a very short walk from train station. Comfortable rooms with all amenities including excellent coffee machines and free water. Nice views from windows. Exceptional front desk service: beyond the call of duty.

I'm conflicted about this one. On one hand, location is perfect and employees are amazingly caring. On the other hand, bathroom is really not up to standard and annoying noises pops in rooms. The management reacted to it afterward offering an upgrade or a breakfast next time. A gesture on the price would have been welcomed based on the experience.

The location is very good, near the station and in the heart of Biel. The room are cozy, tidy and well equipped. Near by there are restaurants, pubs and shopping mall. Anyway hotel's peak point is the service, all the staff is super friendly, available to help, they have pleasure to help you and make you feel at home. An amazing spot in Biel!

Very good, the place is clean and safe. A bit pricy but it is also very centric.
