Art Gardens Hostel

Just a heads up if you are flying in check-ins stop at 10:00 p.m. so if you are there at 10:10 you will lose your reservation no exceptions. I set this up a month ago for a cross-country trip only to be notified about the 10:00 p.m. cut off now scrambling at the last minute to find a different place to stay. There's nothing anyone can do about plane delays and traffic.

It's a very basic hostel with above average kitchen area and outdoor areas. It's creaky basic bunk beds, minimal storage, and one bathroom for everyone. That being said, it's super closer to airport so great for staying a single night before your flight cheap. People were polite here and there's a small grocery store around the corner for basics.

Can't say much but reservation system is broken and won't get dates correct,tried calling but " No Engles" . Do not know how you run a public business without speaking the business language. Really hard to rate someplace that obviously doesn't want business. Strange how so many "local guides" review a local motel and give great reviews? Don't live at home? Somebody getting paid for phony reviews?

My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm, and I was forced to cancel my booking for reasons beyond my control. Despite this, the hostel refused to refund my money (300 CAD), did not reschedule my stay, and did not offer even a partial refund. On top of that, they ignored all my messages as well as those from Booking.com. I consider this theft, as they do not offer a refundable booking option, leaving me no choice but to take the risk in order to stay there. I strongly advise against booking this hostel, as they take people’s money without providing any assistance or flexibility.

Great little hostel! The decorum gives a nice, cozy vibe and the room I stayed in was consistently kept neat and clean. Geographically, it's in a good spot as you're not that far from the airport, major highways, or public transit. Only took me about twenty-two minutes to get to South Beach from here. :) It's in a neighborhood so I like the fact that you kinda get more of a local experience than if you were to stay in a hotel or condo. I made a great choice choosing Art Gardens! 😁

It was so thankful to stay in Art gardens. This is the perfect place to travelers who looking for reasonable price with great facility like enough bathrooms, cozy gardens and useful kitchen. But the best part of this hostel is the manager, chris! He’s the one of the reasons to write this review. He’s so considerate and trying to serve us the best while we were staying, Thanks for great memories and i really recommend this place :) Don’t hesitate to book!

Good. The bed squeeks a lot at the slightest movement though.

Decent hostel I guess you get what you pay for
