Wonderful hotel with comfortable beds and very friendly, helpful staff with a great breakfast. There is no restaurant on-site (only serve breakfast), but they had a great bar. No gym either but there was one close by. Will stay here again!

It’s a really nice hotel with great service. The coffee is super tasty and the staff are very friendly, especially a girl named Valentina who helped me out. She was super kind and helpful. I really liked the experience and I’d definitely come back

Jhon and Francisco were absolutely fantastic! Them and the other staff were extremely helpful and made our quick stay at the Art Hotel wonderful! The rooms were very clean and there is an adorable dog that is a pet of the hotel who will greet you and bring you to your room! Highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to coming back.

Despite being the heart of El Poblado, it's surprisingly quiet but they still provide earplugs. Room is clean and spacious. And the staff is very accommodating. I asked if I could leave my bags temporarily after checkout, and they were fine with it. And I personally love the jungle meets industrial chic aesthetic.

I checked in last night, and it was easy process and very helpful. There is no art in this art hotel. The hotel is brick, concrete, and metal with lots of greenery. Breakfast is on the top floor, not much of food selection, but there are plenty of food places around. The staff is very friendly and helpful and housekeeping is good, the fitted sheets are too big for the mattress, so they keep sliding off. The room is small and sufficient, I wish standing shower had glass door, because water splashing everywhere. The room lacks dining table and chairs, there is nowhere to sit and eat. I was pinnalized 200.000 pesos which is $56 us dollars for having a guest at my room. I would not stay here again and don't recommend either. The hotel is located in a alley, at night there are these trucks park by the hotel and cross the street many homeless people gather at night, not a good seen for Art Hotel. There are lots of places you can stay without people watching your every move.

We had a very disappointing experience at the Art Hotel during the Flower Festival. While the hotel’s “industrial” style might appeal to some, we found it noisy and extremely uncomfortable. Our room had no windows, was dimly lit, and lacked basic amenities such as a desk, chair, or even a luggage rack. I had to unpack my suitcase on the floor. Despite multiple requests, no chair or luggage rack was ever provided. After one uncomfortable night, we informed the manager that we wished to check out early and move to a more comfortable place—which we did. We had prepaid for three nights, and the hotel charged us for all three nights; no credit. if this hotel had been in Bethlehem, Joseph and Mary probably would have said, “No thanks, we’ll take the manger.”

The Art Hotel is a cool space and in a convenient location. It can be a bit noisy but they do provide ear plugs! The rooftop garden is a beautiful space to get some work done. The staff, especially Mayra, were kind and attentive! Gracias!!

The hotel is centrally located and despite being in a very busy area (lots of bars and restaurants), it is tucked away on a side street, providing a quieter area which is great to have minimal noise. The entire property from the lobby, to the room, to the breakfast area on the top floor is all modern, clean, and well decorated. It's a very stylish hotel, and incredible value for what we paid. The rooms are really nice, with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom/shower, and a large tv with streaming services. The breakfast included at the hotel offers a good variety of options, and you can order barista coffees from the bar as well. Though only a minor issue, the presentation of a lobby bar which is not operational is a bit misleading to guests. Despite presenting a stylish and fully stocked bar in the middle of the main floor, I was advised it was not functional. Maybe this is only temporary, and got lost in translation, but to have this only for decorative purposes and shown in hotel photos isn't the most honest representation of available amenities. Another minor issue was the in room water provided. A glass corked bottle with a card advising this is filtered water and the green initiatives and benefits it provided were included. As it contained less than a litre of water, two of us easily went through this halfway through the day, and I went down to request a refill, only to be advised there was a charge for this. Being that it was late and I didn't want to head out again to buy more from a shop, I agreed. The bottle arrived, with a loose fitting cork, and like the first bottle, tasted likely to just come from a tap somewhere. For a hotel presenting as a nice boutique property, it's not great to charge for basic filtered water. Providing drinking water to guests should not be an extra charge, especially when it is not properly bottled spring water or anything like that. Despite some minor issues, overall was a very good stay and would recommend!
