ROOM: 👎🏻 Had a "superior twin" room, which was the size of a closet. Tried to switch rooms, but they are all pretty small. There are real no windows so you do not get natural light or fresh air. The room is always damp, and the AC isn't great. The sheets and / or laundry detergent they use for the sheets gave me hives. There is no space for anything. It's super depressing. UPDATE: This place gave me mites! Awful. FOOD: 🤏🏻 The breakfast selection is minimal. The taste is whatever. At least the fruit tasted fresh. Service: 👍🏻 the workers were nice. That's the only PRO of this place.

Please skip this hotel if you can. The most of the rooms are without windows and in the rooms with windows, the windows cannot be opened. The ventilation in the rooms is terrible. Wardrobe and refrigarator are in the bathroom. Humidity is 100% and the mole is everywhere. It is not possible to breath in the rooms and all our clothes were wet. Correct breakfast.

I came for a solo birthday trip in July & absolutely enjoyed the hotel. It’s so beautiful & artsy, it looks just like the pictures. Karalain at the front desk was so nice & informative. She really gave me such a nice luxury experience for my birthday. I loved this hotel even down to Pedro. If I’m back in Columbia I’ll definitely stay here again

Lovely staff and good location however extremely noisy. We spent 4 nights in this hotel at the end of a 3 week travel around Colombia thinking we would rest in a 3 star hotel before traveling back to Europe and made the worst decision. No insulation . All rooms face an inside open courtyard making a huge noise echo . Moreovever , you can hear loud music from bars around until early morning as if sono was next door. Same for TV volume from next door and shower running . Worst to worst, our last morning, 5.30am , doors slamming , sono maximum volume in the hotel … with no warning to guests , hotel had opened doors to a private party and the top 6th floor ( roof top with bar and breakfast served) was privatized and loud music playing at 6am waking up whole hotel. Unacceptable. When asked to see manager … still waiting now. We

AMERICANS STAY AWAY!! Our stay at this hotel was far from ideal. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that there was no parking available, and surprisingly, they didn’t have any suggestions or guidance on where we could Yeah, that's good. safely park. We received no assistance and had to park our car on the street. The following day, our car was stolen. Whether it’s a coincidence or not, I’ll let others decide. My recommendation? Choose another hotel for a better/safer experience.

Andres at the reception is an amazing host. He goes out of his way to make sure that the guests are happy. He's the best part about this hotel. The hotel itself is not that great, but Andres makes it an amazing stay. I'll take Andres to work for me one day, he's good!

The kidness of the staff was amazing. Big room, hot water, nice bed, among others, made our stay pleasant. Good location. You can walk everywere from there. We felt welcome since the begining of our stay until the checkout. 100% recommended

Been here three or four times (frankly due to lack of knowledge of alternative places, as I'm from Bogota). If you're looking for a comfortable place to go, with a high-end feeling and multiple services, Art Hotel is NOT the place. Rooms are dark and humid. Architecture makes the places feel gloomy inside rooms. Showers are also not comfortable to use as they tend to be in hotels, water pours to the toilet area. Internal architecture tries to go for an "industrial feel" and only manages to do so poorly. Illumination is not good, the hand rails on the inside of the hotel are surprisingly low which makes it risky to fall over. With respect to other areas, the top-floor restaurant has some nice couches. Other than that, food is sub par (much better options in other restaurants in the area) and music is not good. I had made a reservation as a back up plan through Booking.com and cancelled two days before the reserved date as per cancellation policies. Nevertheless, Art Hotel denied the money return. Would NOT recommend, look for Versus Hotels or other alternatives around Provenza or El Poblado for a better experience
