Lovely and helpful staff: front desk, the tourist info booth, and store staff were all extremely helpful with pretty good English. The location is great if you’re looking to go to Banna park, the stalactite caves (highly recommend), and some local izakayas. It was only a 20min walk to city center which is fun if you’re young and able. Might be a lot in the heat with kids or for the elderly. But it’s only a short 5min taxi to city center. Also very convenient to always have taxis at the hotel. Dinner was good, with nice variety and an all you can drink option at a reasonable price. Still, at the price for buffet, I would hope alcohol drinks would be free. The ube ice cream might be the greatest ice cream I’ve ever had. The store is well stocked with snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and miscellaneous items helpful for enjoying the sun. The pool is nice on the hot days but is definitely more kid-focused and fills up fast.

Very good hotel in Japan! Go here - but keep in my mind: You need a car or scooter. You can walk in the citycentre within 15min., but beaches are rare. For that go to Kabira. Hotel offers daily shuttle to Fusaki Beach. Very convenient! Staff is very friendly. Room is equipped with everything you need (bathroom; charging cable; fridge; drinking water directly from the faucet; …) Breakfast has many western options (if you need them). You can chose the cleaning service or not. If not you receive a voucher for the hotel shop and the coffee-store. I really recommend ART HOTEL

Great location, friendly reception and nice environment. They have free daily Okinawa culture performance. There is limited parking slots in front of the hotel but there is a second carpark within walking distance.

Too far from town really. Local gyouza restaurant was good and the free bus ride to Fusaki beach was good. But we weren't allowed to sit on the chairs at the beach. The rental fishing gear was unmaintained and useless. Not worth going unless you have kids and spend the outrageous money to use the pool.

This accommodation provides a modern and spacious environment, standing out as one of the largest inns in the area. Its location is quite convenient, just a 15-minute stroll from the city center and a mere 3-minute walk to the nearest car rental service. Plus, it’s surrounded by a variety of local restaurants, enhancing the overall experience for guests. One unique feature of this stay is the coupon system offered. Guests who choose to forgo housekeeping services can receive a 1000 Yen refund in the form of a coupon, which can be utilized for various purchases within the inn, like coffee. However, it’s worth noting that this coupon cannot be applied to expenses charged to the room beforehand. Breakfast is available for $15 per person; however, some guests suggest exploring other breakfast options in town that might provide better value compared to what is offered here. Lastly, it's important to mention that the pool was unexpectedly closed during our visit. Since having access to a pool was a key factor in our decision to book this accommodation, this aspect could be improved for future guests.

The hotel and rooms look clean. Every night at 19.00 is a short show with Okinawan music. Beakfast was included and good, but some things we missed, like honey, some normal jam, ham, cheese, etc. It's mostly Japanese inspired. The coffee machine does not have good coffee. Go for the tea. We decided to buy the buffet for dinner on our first night. It was highly disappointing. 5000¥ and all the meat is cold/room temperature, also no good taste. I almost didn't like anything, and left very disappointed and felt scammed. The rest of our stay, we ate other places. We decided to book feet massage and were also not happy. My bf had very sunburned legs after snorkelig and tried to warn the therapist to please not massage there, but she didn't take long until she again stretched the skin of his sore legs. The english was very bad. You don't want to pay for smth that's supposed to be relaxing, but it is actually hurting. The woman was kind and happy, but it doesn't matter if the treatment is not what u expected. Also we said we wanted an appointment at 16.30, but she thought we said 18.30, so we had to wait another 2 hrs and cancel our plans. I on the other hand, thought my therapist and massage were ok. We complained that both his massage, language barrier, and the dryer at the hotel were very bad. After 1 hr, our clothes were still wet, which is unusual for so little clothes in Japan. I have never had a problem with it before. It was also more expensive at the hotel than other places we have been. When we complained, all she said was sorry. We probably should have complained about the buffet as well. It was way too overpriced and disappointing. I honestly think if we complained to another receptionist that we would get some compensation. If you have a car, it's a full parking lot every evening, most of the time, actually. The hotel has a pool and an onsen which was ok. I think they could take a little better care of the outside area of the pool and have more comfortable beds, but the pool had a good temperature. They say you shouldn't have tattoos in the onsen. But I saw some, I also have some, and think no one cares. I think at hotels that should be allowed. They have a bar at the hotel, and if you drop housecleaning, you get a coupon you can use in the cafe or shop. My first impression was good, but went more down with time, so I can't give it a full star.

Nice Hotel, the Room we got was very big and even though it was a few minutes away from the city center (the part of town near the harbour where all tourists go) there was a bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The only reason for 4* only instead of 5 is that it was slightly pricey and even though there was enough space they only had like 8 (I think it was 8) deck chairs at the pool so first time we went to the pool we could only sit on uncomfortable normal chairs which noone seemed to like to use. also you could only buy food at the pool midday wo when you were swimming a little bit in the evening and would like to eat something you need to buy something from the supermarket and bring it.
