Art Hotel Like

Great location, right in the center of the city. Because of this though, the street the hotel is on is very busy, especially because of the tram, so the rooms are a bit noisy, but nothing too crazy if you're used to city noise. The staff was very nice and kind, they welcomed us warmly despite the slight language barrier (my parents only speak italian). Would definitely recommend staying here, even if you have a car, because the hotel is near a public parking spot.

It would be difficult to find a more central hotel of this category: the pedestrian area is just across the street. Maybe you won't have that much space for leaving the car (a narrow doorway just to load/unload the car, then you have to move avay), but there's a very convenient parking just 3 minutes away. Our room was a triple one, so maybe not that spacey but anyway more than reasonable. Breakfast was good, in the main hall and on a small terrace. It's true, trams are passing just in front of the hotel, but it's not such a great deal as we've been reading in other reviews...

Spent 2 night there earlier this month. Night staff helpful, we arrived after midnight. Location is great for walking Zagreb, 5/7 minutes from the city centre.|Buffet breakfast very decent. Room was compact. Spare pillows also needed imho.|Only possible drawback- there is no lift , told not allowed in heritage building. The stairs up to the 1st floor reception and then up to the bedrooms might be a problem for some.

Strategic location in the city center. But there is no parking, so you have to walk a hundred meters away. But if we return to Zagreb, we will definitely stay at the same hotel!

Situated in the center of Zagreb. Clean and comfortable room with big bathroom. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we are not used to the noises made by trams, and our room faces a main tramway. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room, they have nice terrace for breakfast. Helpful staff- they helped me with parking and carrying luggage. I really do recommend this place.

The room was quite small and became very warm during our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the window couldn’t be opened, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable, and we didn’t sleep as well as we had hoped. Breakfast was rather basic and could be improved.

We.booked the room for two nights but left after one. It's on a very noisy corner (they do give you ear plugs if you can sleep with them) but not only is it noisy but you can feel the trains go by at all hours of the night. Our AC was broken and the room got stifling hot. The front desk woman, only helpful person there, did her best to try and get it to work. When we left a day early, there were inquiries as to why. If you can sleep in heat and noise you'd be fine there, otherwise look for something else.
