Art Hotel Like

It would be difficult to find a more central hotel of this category: the pedestrian area is just across the street. Maybe you won't have that much space for leaving the car (a narrow doorway just to load/unload the car, then you have to move avay), but there's a very convenient parking just 3 minutes away. Our room was a triple one, so maybe not that spacey but anyway more than reasonable. Breakfast was good, in the main hall and on a small terrace. It's true, trams are passing just in front of the hotel, but it's not such a great deal as we've been reading in other reviews...

Spent 2 night there earlier this month. Night staff helpful, we arrived after midnight. Location is great for walking Zagreb, 5/7 minutes from the city centre.|Buffet breakfast very decent. Room was compact. Spare pillows also needed imho.|Only possible drawback- there is no lift , told not allowed in heritage building. The stairs up to the 1st floor reception and then up to the bedrooms might be a problem for some.

The room was quite small and became very warm during our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the window couldn’t be opened, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable, and we didn’t sleep as well as we had hoped. Breakfast was rather basic and could be improved.

Situated in the center of Zagreb. Clean and comfortable room with big bathroom. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we are not used to the noises made by trams, and our room faces a main tramway. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Terrible room. No elevator, even to reach the front desk you have to climb stairs so be careful if you have heavy luggages. They told us that there was no AC, apparently the manager cut it off for some reason? So it was incredibly hot in the room. We were in an attic room so there was a stick to open the windows, it was poorly insulated. They give you earplugs but you can feel and hear everything, the whole room starts trembling when the tram comes nearby or even when people open and close doors. The bedside lamps were broken. There’s Netflix and YouTube at least… The staff is nice at the front desk but that’s it. The breakfast was average.

We.booked the room for two nights but left after one. It's on a very noisy corner (they do give you ear plugs if you can sleep with them) but not only is it noisy but you can feel the trains go by at all hours of the night. Our AC was broken and the room got stifling hot. The front desk woman, only helpful person there, did her best to try and get it to work. When we left a day early, there were inquiries as to why. If you can sleep in heat and noise you'd be fine there, otherwise look for something else.

As with other reviews. Ac didn't work. The room doesn't cool down unless you open the windows. The tram is so loud it shakes the room so opening the window is not an option. The service was ok. They tried to fix the AC, but never got it working. Management is really at fault for not fixing based on other reviews. We left a day earlier to sleep at a different hotel. They didn't even offer anything before we left like to change rooms or anything like that. The place is close to downtown, but don't expect to sleep. The breakfast was nothing special, the same as other hotels.

First of all- all hotel staff was very kind, helpful and professional. For me sleep quality was good, did not heard any noise from the outside. Room was big enough and clean, same thing with the bathroom. Location is excellent-3,4 minutes walk from the main square.
