Convenient location near shops, tourist spots, and public transport. Handy Spar on the ground floor for groceries. Modest but decent breakfast. Rooms are nicely decorated, though the bed and pillows aren’t the best—but fair for the price.

GREAT Service and friendly/personal staff - unbeatable price with a "citycenter" location. Staid over the weekend with my girlfriend and have nothing to complain about. Breakfast was superior :)

A very nice hotel in the heart of Zagreb, perfect for an overnight stay on our way from Eastern Europe to Germany. The staff at the reception was excellent and impressed us with their outstanding knowledge of English and German. We really enjoyed the breakfast except for the coffee, which came out of a filter coffee machine.

Absolutely no service. We arrived late and tired with many things and the receptionist didn’t even want to show us the room. Very nonchalant. Breakfast is ridiculous, the food is not fresh. They simply serve the bare minimum. Very disappointed in Croatia and Croatian service overall. It is not worth the money. If you want good food and good service simply go to Sarajevo! Two stars because the bed was good and the room we got was spacious with a balcony. However, as everyone has noted, there are a lot of noises from the streets outside. Also the bathroom was not clean, found hair in different places. The room is old and there are not enough plugs.

Great location, great price. Breakfast was ok. Tram noise can be anoying, but with earplugs or earphones it was acceptable.

Great location in absolute center , service is nice , breakfast is also OK. Odd design, very strange colors in rooms, not modern and well design at all. It's noise because of tram line, but for couple of days It's OK. Hotel is on first floor , no elevator, and entrance is dark with bad lights.

A hotel in a great localisation. The room was small (15 sqm), bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. The fridge was operating if we were in the room. Brekkie was too commercial, there was nothing art... If we'll going to Zagreb next time, we look for another hotel.
