Dear Hotel Team,
We love your hotel – this was already our 5th year staying with you! We noticed some nice improvements, especially the breakfast, which seemed to have a wider selection this time. That was a pleasant surprise!
Unfortunately, the coffee is still not our favorite. In previous years we always ordered a different coffee, but this time that option was no longer available. My partner was able to get a decaf, but I wasn’t offered a cappuccino, which was a bit disappointing.
Also, the air conditioning unit was clicking during the night – it seemed louder than we remember from previous years.
Hopefully, next year the breakfast coffee will taste better, or it will be possible to request a freshly brewed one again. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, as always.
Oh, one more thing: we didn’t quite understand why we had to check in again at the reception even though we had already completed the online check-in. It didn’t seem to make much sense.
Thank you again for everything – we’re already looking forward to our next stay!
