We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a superior room. The staff could not have been more welcoming, especially Brenda who was friendly and attentive for our entire stay . Our little boy had a lovely time at the hotel and our dog also enjoyed it. The rooms are air conditioned so even in the heat it remained comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but they serve small bites at the bar. And in the summer months you have a fantastic restaurant literally one minute walk away by the Loire which is first come, first served. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located next to a Tesla Super Charger. If you want to go to the toilet while charging your car they charge you € 2,50 per person. Even small kids can’t go for free. The lady behind the reception is smiling and very arrogant at the same time. Please AVOID this place. I never had this bad service in Europe. I charged my car like a 100 times on several locations (Mostly Tesla Super Chargers) next to hotels. Always I was able to use restrooms without an extra charge. Ridiculous. Site note: what bothers me the most is the attitude of the reception and the fact that you have to pay 2,50 per person!! Even kids. So a family of 4 is € 10,- for just restrooms.

I was charging my vehicle at their Tesla Supercharger and, while waiting, I went into the hotel to use the restroom. The receptionist informed me that restroom facilities are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. This is the first time in nine years of using Tesla Superchargers that I have been denied access to restroom facilities. Unfortunately, this policy seems to suggest they would prefer drivers relieve themselves outside rather than make use of the hotel’s facilities. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of accommodation for those supporting the location by utilizing its charging infrastructure. Looking around afterwards it was obvious I wasn’t the only one refused the usage of their facilities “if you know what I mean “

Avoid charging in the Tesla suoercharger. You are not allowed to use the bathroom (price 2,50)

We have often visited this hotel because of the car chargers in the car park. It has been very pleasant to have coffee on the terrace before continuing our journey. We decided to stay this time. Our welcome was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Hotel staff recommended the nearby La Table de Joseph for dinner and booked us in for a excellent evening. There isn't a lot to fault, and plenty of good service, except the atmosphere can be overly modern in a building which is traditional. That is a purely personal opinion however, from someone who likes old, historic buildings. By way of summary, thank you Art Hotel for a very enjoyable stay and for looking after us whilst we were with you.

Tesla driver - fell for the over priced juice to use the toilets. At the end of the day it doesn't distract from the hotel itself. The lady at reception was lovely and spoke to us about our travels. Don't want to pay to use the toilets? Charge somewhere else.

We stop here regularly whilst traveling through France to England. A beautiful building in a perfect location.

Have used this location for charging a Tesla twice before booking at stay. The hotel has all that you would expect for a fantastic stay. Booked a superior room in the chateau. On arrival whilst checking in we discovered that the hotel has no restaurant!! It does offer gourmet meals in kilner jars.|Local restaurants nearby but on a Sunday night it was likely to be a hunt around for one that was open. We were then shown to our room and led toward the annex, I called the waiter back and said we booked a superior room in the chateau which we were eventually shown to.|Lovely room beautifully furnished, however, the shower controls were stuck on very hot and took two hands and a real struggle to turn down.|It was 30C outside and the room was hot, the air conditioning was weak and ineffective and never achieved anything like the 21 degree C target.|Our stay was saved by an excellent breakfast, however, our check out was delayed as the receptionist was cooking a clients eggs for breakfast and could not leave the kitchen !!|Excellent hotel with poor service and insufficient numbers of staff and without an in house restaurant the lack of service offering to the excellent rooms is a major draw back.|
