Art Hotel Villa Fiorella

This hotel surpassed all our expectations! We’ve traveled Europe/Italy a lot and Villa Fiorella quickly became our very favorite! Although the view is stunning especially at sunset , …the room and grounds meticulously maintained…, and the food beyond wonderful (should be a Michelin starred restaurant in my opinion)…. THE absolute best quality of Villa Fiorella is the warm and welcoming people who work there! With utmost professionalism they made us feel like family! As a small example, at breakfast Daniela and Candida remembered how we preferred our coffee each morning and politely engaged in conversation about the local area to help us discover more of the coastal beauty. These two personnel represent the high level of quality found in every detail throughout the property. Also Giancarlo the pool bartender seems to know exactly how to keep his clients comfortable (shade, drinks, snacks) . Of course, every great property has a great concierge… Lia cheerfully helped with all arrangements requested. Enough gushing about this hotel property and staff… it was, in sum, worth every euro spent. I hope to return to try the spa services! Ottimo lavoro Villa Fiorella!

All the staff are outstanding this is so unusual. We felt like family from start to end. The hotel is immaculate clean beautiful comfortable with views that are breathtaking. Eating out or in is a breeze as transport is constantly free to and from local restaurants. We tried one of the tasting menus. Excellent and highly recommended. I was celebrating my birthday and the hotel made this my best celebration ever. I cannot recommend highly enough. Just go you will not regret this choice.

You can easily visit Naples, explore charming local restaurants, or enjoy a quiet meal in the small marina town below. Evenings are made magical at the Sky Lounge Bar, the perfect spot to watch the sunset with expertly crafted cocktails. The spa is a hidden gem, with massages from an exceptionally talented therapist that are truly restorative. The pool area feels like a dream — elegant design, attentive service, and a superb wine list delivered right to your lounge chair. But the true heart of this hotel is its people. The Concierge Manager Lia, along with Roberto and the entire front reception team, make every stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and care are unmatched. With the owner’s passion clearly reflected throughout the property, every member of the staff delivers service that feels personal and genuine — some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Takes your breath away! Loved staying here. Everyone was outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for you. Our room had a spectacular view of the ocean. The grounds are impeccable and the food and atmosphere match! |Great breakfast with the most wonderful servers. They went above and beyond. Overall a spectacular hotel nestled into the Sorrento coastline.

The experience at the Art Hotel Villa Fiorella was absolutely perfect. Not only the location, but the views (facing the sunset at its best), the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff were amazing. The breakfast is delicious and the waitresses are very attentive at remembering what you got the day before, and so kind. Our room was cleaned twice a day, the morning as usual, but at night they would prepare the bed, add bottle of water on each night stand, a little dark chocolate 70%… every detail is thoughtfully made with great attention. The reception is super responsive to our needs through WhatsApp without being overly communicated, just perfect middle ground between custom little attentions and general update. The only thing I would have appreciated as we had a late flight (had to leave at 4pm), is, as considering our room was still available that day, a bit more flexibility for a late check out that, per the standing of the hotel, shouldn’t come at an additional 150€ fee (usual check out at 1pm though). With that said, you can still access the pool, the restaurant, the shower and changing room from the gym as needed. So I highly recommend that place and will definitely be back.

The hotel sits high over the sea with direct view towards Capri and equipped on high modern level with love put into the details. The team is fantastic; friendly, positive, supporting. Restaurant was kept open for our very late arrival.|Both restaurants are great, seaview everywhere. Breakfast is great as well.|We love it!

We recently stayed at Villa Fiorella and we couldn't recommend it enough. The staff were incredibly lovely, the facilities perfect, the ambience on point. Food and drink were fantastic, and it's perfectly located to enjoy the bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast while being a little out of the busy touristy spots. A special thank you to all the staff that looked after us while we were there, from the breakfast staff, the bar staff by the pool, the receptions, and the cleaners and porters

We had an amazing experience! I cannot say enough good things about Villa Fiorella-Art Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. The rooms were well appointed, very clean & spacious. ||The pool views were everything you imagined the Amalfi Coast to be. ||I can't wait to return!
