Art Hotel

Excellent hotel and I have nothing but positive reviews to talk about them. Incredible friendly staff; great food, good comfortable rooms. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate any and every request, I have never felt so welcome at any hotel in Poland. Excellent location and proximity to all key points.

Overall a very nice stay. Stuff was super friendly. Room was spacious and clean. What I liked a lot was that a room had a coffee machine. That’s maybe only me but I already makes my stay nicer :) Location is perfect, right in the center.

Location of hotel is super. Staff very friendly and service minded. Breakfast is good and also very well organized. I got a room in old part of hotel, 127 - strange corner room, dark, small and not very friendly - but very clean and nice bed. As a business stay it works - if for leisure I would ask for another room. But in general it is good value for money, very helpful and friendly staff. Just mind the room you get. A/C a bit noisy and cannot be on at night if you like to sleep. So on a warm night you have to sweat it out - or use earplugs.

Very well located hotel in Wrocław, just by St. Elisabeth's gothic church, and very close to the old town square.|Kind reception, staff was welcoming and friendly.|The room was comfortable and quiet. Windows had outdoor views.|Correct breakfast.

Superb location and if you are lucky with the underground hotel parking booking, this is an additional gem. Just round the corner from Rynek but the street noise is acceptable. Acoustics between rooms or into the corridor is not top class but good enough unless you a radar in you ears. Great breakfeats and dinner offer including decent wines. Staff is very helpfull. Very good place overall.

Stayed here for a wedding and site seeing trip - excellent staff, excellent rooms, and ideal location. Can’t ask for more, will definitely visit again!

Lovely hotel in Old Town Wrocław. My room was large, very clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and air conditioning were excellent. The noise insulation in the room was also very good. The location is perfect in the Old Town of this beautiful city and the staff is very courteous. The lobby of the hotel features an amazing ambiance.

We just checked in for one night so we could explore the Christmas Market in the square, the hotel is nice, rooms are older but very nice with high ceilings, they even have a pillow menu! We had a nice view of a huge brick church out our window. This is not the quietest Hotel however it is in the middle of a big city so some city noises are expected, The noise was within reason. Check out time is 12 which is nice. We had the breakfast for 50pln and it was very nice. I would stay here again next time, it was a really nice experience !

The hotel is very nice for the money. Everything is a bit older, but clean and functional. Decent size room. The view of the room isn't great. Turning on the water is confusing. The reception desk people were nice.
