Art Legacy Hotel

I stayed at the Art Legacy Hotel in Lisbon and I had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, well-designed, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff: they assisted me with everything, even though my English is not the best. This is actually the first review I have ever written in my life, but I felt I had to because of how great my stay was. If I return to Lisbon, I will definitely choose this hotel again. A truly positive experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

We stayed at the Art Legacy Hotel in Lisbon for two nights with our two children after a beach holiday, and absolutely loved it from the moment we arrived. The hotel has such a wonderful vibe and beautiful décor, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. The front desk team went above and beyond to help with our every need, and we particularly appreciated the warm and attentive service from the front office manager (whose name, unfortunately, I can’t recall) and Tomas. ||Our rooms, while not large, were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delightful. In the evenings, we often enjoyed drinks in the bar before bed, where Ana and Marta impressed us with their knowledge of wine – they are an absolute credit to the hotel. All the extra details of this hotel make it really special. ||The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Lisbon, and we will certainly return the next time we are in the city.

This hotel was in a fabulous location - very centrally located and very clean. The decor was beautiful as well. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Everything from the welcome cocktail, offering to make breakfast to go - for our early morning flight and the treats in our room. The breakfast and dinner was excellent; very fresh and many options to choose from. Until next time.

We stayed for two nights in August in a cozy double/twin room and had requested a double bed in advance. Check-in was smooth—though we were initially placed in a twin room, the staff promptly and kindly changed out the topper for us to make it a double bed upon request. The room itself was compact but had all the essentials. My only real complaint is the lack of a full-length mirror—there were several ideal spots in the room or near the entrance where one could have been placed, but the only mirrors available were in the bathroom. That said, the hotel is beautifully designed with stylish decor and thoughtful attention to detail. What truly makes this a 5-star review is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even at checkout, they ensured everything was seamless—preparing a breakfast box and fresh coffee for us since we had an early flight and couldn’t sit down for breakfast. A great example of how thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive—they surprised all three of our families with complimentary room upgrades, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were welcomed with delicious drinks upon arrival, and every part of the hotel was spotless and beautifully designed. My family spent a week at the hotel and we had a fabulous time. The front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. They helped with airport transfers and activities. They referred us to a tour company we used throughout our stay. We loved the restaurant where the service and food were also top notch. Marta was our server many times and she was friendly attentive and humorous. Rooms were well sized and beautifully decorated. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The staff is superior! Cordial, welcoming and professional. They truly bend over backwards for you to enjoy your stay in Lisbon. The rooms are small like most older hotel buildings, but well appointed, extremely comfortable and with cool art, lighting and great amenities. The restaurant and bar staff are best in class. I will go back anytime I’m in Lisbon and have already recommended it to friends.
