Art Mai? Gallery Hotel Chiang Mai

Wow!!! Our family meet the hospitality Queen Mangeress. She and her beautiful staff have a passion for people & a passion to be of service. The staff that cleaned the rooms, the dining room staff & the front line recption are just delightful, and it shows how they go the extra mile to get the little details right. Or even just take the time out and be genuinely interested on how your day has been or so forth. The Hotel it self has such a great vibe and I'm sure tgat is also coming off from the staff. Dining room interior wall lining was exceptional. Plus the food been provided in the dining area was A plus. Our family enjoyed the spacious room, comfy beds & well thought out bathroom. Adding to this I must congragulate how spotless the overall place is. Right up to the top floor where the very clean pool and its comfy surrounds are.Allowing you to recline back in lay back chairs provided & a outdoor close to hand. To summarize! I really don't get the almost perfect reviews for this hotel. Pros : - Really nice staff at breakfast buffet. - Easy (early) check-in and check-out. - Spacious room. - Nice location. - Nice decorated lobby and restaurant. Cons (and lots of them) : - Shower : no curtain and despite being careful, water would go everywhere. Water temperature keeps fluctuating between cold and hot when set to warm. - Wifi keeps disconnecting everytime we leave and need to manually reconnect when returning to the room. - Pool : even in warm weather, the pool was freezing and couldn't be used and we are used to cold water. - Complimentary "drinks" : really sweet non-alcoholic drink offered at the really basic bar on the 8th floor. - Towels : considering it's a 4 star hotel, they were old and ripped in some parts. - The room service was ok, nothing more. It was a bit lacking. - Breakfast : was just ok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pleasant and Thoughtful Stay! Art Mai Gallery Hotel has brought me such a pleasant experience. The team was very attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly. We usually indicate three guests when booking since we travel with our little one — this is the only hotel that automatically provided three towels without us needing to ask! Such small details really show their care for guests. All the staff were polite and welcoming, especially Prim and Mr. TK (Supervisor) — both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Highly appreciated! The location is excellent — right in Nimman, just steps away from One Nimman and within walking distance to Maya Shopping Mall, surrounded by great cafes, shops, and massage places. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!

We had a few days in Chiang Mai and chose this boutique hotel as it was a quiet area. |The hotel was nicely decorated and encouraged artistic impression, even from the guests. The rooms were very clean and beds firm but comfortable with plenty of hot water. |The staff are what makes this hotel stand out from the rest. They were all so friendly and could not do enough to help. A special mention to TK in the restaurant, who greeted us like family and made us feel at home. Also the gentleman on the bar, who knew we always came down for two large beers and some seaweed chips and the very helpful man at reception, who never seemed to go home. (I'm sorry but I didn't get your names). They organised a trip for us to the elephants and were happy to help with travel arrangements when required. |The rooftop pool was spotless and well maintained and gave a good view over the city. |Would also highly recommend the restaurant, the food was delicious.

Had a wonderful and pleasant stay in this boutique hotel. Staff are very welcoming, approachable and helpful in particularly those who served in the restaurant section, and a female receptionist who speaks fluent mandarin. Their service attitude is what makes customers feel welcomed and valued. Rooms are cleaned and quiet. Location is very near to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Centre. Made the right choice to select this hotel for my Loy Kraton getaway. Thank you Mr Tae, TK and staffs 🫰🏻

I was impressed from the moment I checked in. The staff allowed me to enter my room earlier than the usual time. Their service was excellent they helped carry my luggage and even brought it up to my room. They introduced everything about the hotel, making sure I wouldn’t miss out on any of the good things. They kept me informed about everything.||In the lobby, there was also an art exhibition, which was truly amazing. For anyone who loves art, this hotel is a must-stay. I also recommend the breakfast buffet it was perfect for me. You can just walk around and pick what you like freely. The dining area might be a bit small, but that’s not a problem at all.||The location is also fantastic, very close to shopping areas, so staying here is completely worry-free. Whatever I wanted or wherever I wanted to go was all nearby. If you’re planning to visit Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this hotel you definitely shouldn’t miss it!

Nice location in a dead end street. Very close to various stores, coffee places and micheline bibs restaurants. The hotel has different design for every floor. The staff was very friendly ans helpful. The breakfast was included and a very good value with lots of options.

After leaving the hectic pace of Bangkok, we arrive in Chang Mai. You could feel the change of pace as we rode to the hotel| The look of the hotel exterior stood out from other structures in the area. The name gallery stood out as we walked in to the front desk. You are surrounded with artistic images of paintings, ceramics, clothing and crafts. |The 8 story building has an artistic flare on each floor. The rooms are comfortable and there is an aisle to allow you to share you own art. Large bath area with tub and rain shower.|Breakfast was included in our package and compliments to TK, who made us feel special each morning with special treats prepared by the chef. Excellent food and care and info to make our stay in the area better.|The rooftop bar was good, but rooftop infinity pool was the highlight of the hotel. Lazing in the peaceful environment and the view of the city and hillside surrounding the city. |The uniqueness of the hotel makes it a place we would love to visit again.
