We arrived earlier and they still allowed us to check in without fee. Great beautiful place. We really recommend you to stay here. Nice customer service as well. Cool inside bar. Beautiful artwork everywhere, really pretty to admire. If happens, we’ll definitely come back!

This hotel is centrally located and in a perfect location. Breakfast is included and offers omelettes and various other foods to start the day. There is a quiet bar on the 8th floor and has a nice vibe and super friendly bartenders. The manager is very nice and helpful. This hotel has no computers, no smart tv, and the rooms are a little dark.

The service is very good. The staff at the front desk helped us book massages the first day we arrived. Breakfast is ok, with the advantage that it last until 10.30 (from 6.30) which some hotels do shorter. Location wise is a quiet area, but lots of bars, restaurants and massage parlours to choose from. The room was also very well decorated. Would definitely go back again

We arrived at the hotel at 11am for a 6zd5N stay. Adn we are pleasantly pleased with their service to alow us to check in early. Good service staff. Polite. Welcome drink is good. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. The hotel looks v nicr, clean and filled with art pieces.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Bathroom and shower are spacious with plenty of hot water. Lobby and publice area so clean too but so many other options in the area. Staff is helpful and kind, waters were restocked in the room free of charge, housekeeping was thorough and timely.

We are early and they allowed early check in. Room is generally pleasant too. Corridors are a little warm but overall still quite okay since it’s just a short distance to the room. The receptionists are friendly too. Overall, it’s a nice experience here.

The overall experience has been positive for us. The hotel staff has been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although we encountered an issue with the key card, the staff showed great enthusiasm in helping us resolve it. Not only is the hotel conveniently located near numerous local restaurants, but it is also in close proximity to the vibrant Nimman downtown area, which includes popular spots like MAYA mall and One Nimman. As a result, we found it easy to walk to these locations. The hotel room is adorned with a charming vintage style, which I find quite appealing. It has a certain nostalgic charm that I genuinely love. Besides the captivating rooftop pool that boasts a magnificent view, the hotel also features a rooftop bar. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to try any beverages at the bar, so I'm unable to provide a comment in that regard. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited with a simple menu, the quality of the food was good. However, given that it is a 5-star hotel, I must admit that I expected a bit more variety. Regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, it was satisfactory overall. However, there was one aspect that I wasn't particularly fond of—the cup provided in the bathroom for brushing teeth had a somewhat unpleasant odor whenever I used it.

Got an early check in. The staff at the front desk is really courteous and helpful with an always smiling face. The property also looks pretty neat and clean with a lot of art pieces through out the hotel. Will plan next time for a longer stay. Thanks!
