"Lioyerma Pool Lounge At the northern edge of Oia lies a pool lounge overlooking the Aegean Sea – a peaceful place to stay while cruise crowds storm the town in the afternoon. The pool is open to the public and makes money off the purchase of snacks and drinks from guests who linger to take a refreshing dip or soak in the spectacular views. To find this hidden treasure, walk the northern path along Oia's caldera, past the far windmill until the walkway ends. It can also be accessed by car from the next parking lot north of the the bus station."

We had an unforgettable stay at Aspaki! The customer service was truly outstanding. The team went above and beyond by recommending and booking dinner reservations for us, even securing wonderful tables with great views. We were celebrating my 40th birthday as well as our babymoon with our first child, and they made us feel so special the entire time.||The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms that had everything we needed. Our suite even had a private dipping pool, which was perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. While the property doesn’t face west for direct sunset views, they offer access to a private balcony where you can enjoy the famous Santorini sunset with wine and appetizers—an experience we highly recommend! We left early on our last day, and they even packed a small breakfast for us. ||Aspaki’s charm, service, and unique setting made our trip extra memorable. We had an awesome time and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Fantastic stay at Aspaki Oia. We had 2 rooms, the Atmospherico Exclusive suite and another 2 bedroom suite with Caldera views. The Atmospherico suite was wonderful, with maybe the best view I've had yet in any hotel I've stayed. Overlooking the whole Caldera and the Blue Domes. Service was excellent and the food at the restaurant was good. Highly recommend this hotel. If there is anything I would suggest, it's that since the price difference between the Atmospherico suite and the other 2 bedroom my sons had was minimal, one should always opt for the higher class of suite. The view for their room was okay and the placement of the pool was not very convenient. Ours in the Atmospherico was many times better for a minimal price difference.

I do not normally leave reviews, but this hotel was simply the best one we ever stayed at, so review is necessary. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were big, clean, with beautiful views. Yes, rooms... for last 2 night they upgraded us to even nicer room at no cost and for absolutely no reason. Breakfast and restaurant had great food. Property offers best location and vies in Santorini.

Imagine a sitting in a private pool with your special person, with the pool partially hanging on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea and partially wrapped inside a cave hollowed out of the volcanic cliff. Sitting directly above you but out of your view is Oia Castle, the very best place in the entire island to watch the sunset. You can either watch the sunset from your pool or climb up a few stairs to sit on your private sunbeds while enjoying a bottle of wine and a plate of greek appetizers. After the sun sets, you can either make your way back to your modern, comfortable room or step down the path to one of many restaurants. From your private balcony, you can watch (or join) the tourists and donkeys climbing the stairs from the port directly below you. Hotel staff is never far away but never too close - a perfect balance. This is Art Maisons Oia Castle. If you cannot fall in love here, you are perhaps a lost cause.||There are few practicalities: (1) it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. It is a small property where everyone gets individual attention, and it is very unique real estate; if you want a bargain - this is not it. (2) You need to take them up on their offer to meet you at the bus station and deliver your luggage. Like all hotels in that part of the village, you cannot drive directly to the hotel. You have to walk. We were met by a very nice guy who is tremendously strong - hefting one full size suitcase over his shoulder and carrying the other by a handle up and down many flights of crowded stairs - definitely a life saver; (3) There is no restaurant on the property. You order breakfast to arrive at a designated time the night prior, and they bring it directly to your suite where you can sit outside and watch the village come alive; (4) getting to your hotel right at sunset when four or five cruise ships are in town can be challenging since the entrance is about 10 meters from Oia Castle which is a VERY popular destination for Instagram photos.||Finally, if you are old enough to have lived through the 1980's, you may remember a movie called Summer Lovers with Darryl Hannah (Cathy) and Peter Gallagher (Michael). This hotel (prior to a major renovation) was actually the location of Lena's villa and looks directly across at the villa of Michael and Cathy. Lena's room is now Room 205. We stayed in Room 206 which shares a common entrance.

I stayed here on my honeymoon, and it was perfect, from the location with a view of the Blue Dome to the service. The walkway to the hotel is a great spot, with lots of tourists lining up to take photos. You can also use the sunset terrace at the sister hotel, where you can enjoy a perfect sunset in a private space right below Oia Castle.

Art Maison Aspaki is simply the BEST hotel in Santorini! The location alone is unbeatable—you open the door and step right into the most photographed spot in Oia. While there’s a line of people outside trying to capture the view, as a guest you get to enjoy it privately and effortlessly.||The restaurant is another highlight—every single dish we had was Michelin-worthy. We tried several of the top recommended restaurants in Santorini (some costing well over €100 per person), yet the hotel’s own restaurant was by far our favorite.||A special mention goes to Nefeli, who made our stay unforgettable. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.||The rooms are gorgeous—picture-perfect with private pools or jacuzzis and the most breathtaking views of Oia. Every corner feels magical.||If you’re lucky enough to find availability, don’t overthink it—just book Aspaki. You won’t regret

AMAZING!!!! The views, the hotel, the staff, the porters...From the time we arrived we were treated like royalty. We did a private sunset viewing with a full spread of fruits, cheeses, salad bites, wine (we don't drink so they replaced our wine with a fruit drink we really liked). While the crowd was fighting for spots to watch the sunset we were personally taken to the hotels private viewing area. Totally worth EVERY penny we spent here. Even got upgraded which was such a surprise! My 50th birthday has definitely been one for the books. We traveled from the states to Amsterdam, Athens, and on to Santorini. Aspaki will not and cannot disappoint. Pay the money. Take the trip! Stay at Aspaki 🥰 Now there's a crowd outside of the main hotel door taking pics of the iconic blue domes but if u call the hotel they will send someone to walk u through it. We actually got to and from without having to do that. Just say, "excuse me my hotel is down here." No issues! Aspaki is worth dealing with the crowd bcs what they are trying to see is literally outside your door 🚪

Aspaki is one and only hotel you should visit in the area! First of all it is just next to the famous blue dome view point. There is other hotels in the area too but they don’t have such privacy. Because Aspaki has big door at the entrance which you can only enter with your access card. While other hotels doesn’t have anything (sometimes just chain) so many people can jump to your balcony for pictures. In Aspaki you can enjoy both uninterrupted view without having people around it.|Crew is very helpful and friendly. We had issue on our payment during reservation -payment link didn’t go through- but they still keep our reservation and we made payment on arrival. They didn’t create any trouble to us for that.||Breakfast is amazing they also serve to your room. We just enjoyed beautiful breakfast with amazing view. Balcony is also a place that you can get wine drunk every day in the evenings. ||Hotel is clean and comfortable
