The hotel is very nice.||Although it isn't modern, it has more soul and history than any other hotel I've stayed in, and you can feel it in the atmosphere. There doesn't seem to be anything hollow or seemingly faux in the decor or service, as might be the case with some newer, sterile hotels. ||The staff is very professional and prompt - the room was always made nicely, the front desk was always fast and helpful and the tall guy at breakfast service (he had a "trainee" name tag) always made sure my coffee cup was filled.||The breakfast was to my taste. In addition to the buffet, there is also an omelette station where omelette and eggs benedict are made to order. The cakes and pastry were moist and tasty. I had 4 breakfasts there and every meal was satisfying.||As a bonus, if you visit the restaurant, you can explore hundreds autographs of world-famous statesmen, actors, singers etc., who have visited this hotel.||All in all, very pleasant hotel. Recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay here for various reasons! The staff were all welcoming and helpful - my hair towel was accidentally taken (my partner's fault - he hung his hotel towel over it on the back of the door, so it most likely couldn't be seen under it as it was also white) and the team were able to find it for me and return it! We did a day trip to Plzen and reception helped us figure out transport which was also really appreciated. ||The hotel itself was beautiful and the room we were in was so spacious! We enjoyed having the robes and slippers, particularly in February when we'd come back from a cold day outside. Other things that were a plus in the room: the Ritual toiletries, it was very clean and warm, the black-out curtains, and the coffee machine (which we didn't end up using a lot but was good when we did!) There is also a hairdryer and other bits of toiletries which were helpful to have (earbuds, shower cap, razor, toothbrush - we didn't use all of this, but good to include in case anyone forgets something!) The bed was a bit firm for us but very big!||We had breakfast included which was a great variety of hot and cold food (sausages, amazing bacon, beans, toast, pastries, cakes, fruits, cereals, cheese and meat, pancakes, porridge, plus more), and I was able to have something different each day which stopped me from getting bored of the food. The staff that were there during breakfast were also so incredibly welcoming and friendly. Was always a great start to the day. :)||It was also in an excellent location within walking distance of the places we wanted to go to. We would stay here again if we were to come back to Prague. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything about the hotel was done just right! Lovely, clean room, staff were so friendly and the breakfast is a buffet so you can get fuelled up for your day ahead. Fantastic location close to the main square and all tram stops. In all honesty I think this is the only place i would stay in Prague from now on.

Inclined to give 3 out of 5, however based on price paid and value for money it makes it 4 out of 5 for me. ||The hotel is quite dated, however this works for me as I feel like Prague is a step back in time anyway, so staying in a traditional hotel is quite nice and fitting. The room is basic enough, although nicely equipped amenity-wise such as having Rituals bathroom products which are lovely. Bed could have been more comfortable and pillows not great.||The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant is lovely and the breakfast is too - we just ate continental as the hot options weren’t appealing for us. Service was friendly too, especially the bar and breakfast staff. ||The locations is brilliant. Nicely set in the old town with quick access to all the main attractions. We stayed for 3x nights and walked everywhere. It is also a very easy commute between the airport and hotel - personally, I recommend a metro/bus between the airport and hotel (40-ish mins) as it’s so easy.||All in all a great stay and I would return for the price we paid.

We had an excellent 3 day stay in a lovely room, with efficient and friendly service from all the staff. The breakfast menu was varied and the evening menu was also good and reasonably priced. The hotel is well situated, making all the key city sites within reasonable walking distance. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as a fine place to stay and explore Prague.

Whilst we only stayed for one night, the Art Nouveau was the cherry on top of our 1 night in Prague. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is going to be a something special. The rooms were extremely comfortable, warm, quiet, and spacious. We all slept wonderfully, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, and other than a minor issue with our rooms being missed on the included breakfast list which was swiftly resolved, was very tasty and filled us up for a busy day. Ultimately if we are staying in Prague again, this will be the first hotel we consider!

Lovely art nouveau style hotel on the edge of the old town. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a good size bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast buffet. Very convenient for Wenceslas Square and opposite the Mucha Museum. The main train station is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

We arrived after midnight and slept until noon, only interrupted by a visit for breakfast. And then lunch. This hotel has become excellent. Lovely people and a truly pleasant atmosphere
