Art Resort Goa

I had visited the resort many times in the past and it is actually the only beach front property in Goa where I have never seen a single cockroach. My family was visiting from Europe, so this was literally the only option where I knew they would like it. Luckily I was able to book the last room for our 3 night stay. The food was outstanding as always and the room very clean. My family was a little sceptical at first because of the artsy hippie vibe, but they really loved it after settling in. Food and drink prices are extremely fair. You get a personal waiter to look after you. Special thanks to our waiter Amol who was always very fast and super friendly. We spent the whole time in the hotel and had all our food there because it was so good. Depsite being high season it was always possible to get a sun bed on the beach. The beach in Palolem is beautiful and very clean. I have stayed in many places in Goa over the last 10 years, but Palolem and specifically Art Resort are my favourite. The only downside is that they are always fully booked, so you have to book way in advance, especially their amazing beach front bungalows in which I had stayed in the past. 100% recommend and already can't wait for my next visit!

We first stayed at Art Resort 14 years ago and have been coming back regularly ever since, bringing more family members each time. We can't recommend this place enough. Bhuwan has built a brilliant business with Art Resort, and it just goes from strength to strength; it feels like a family village on the beach now, it’s paradise! Everything from the service, the staff, the food and the atmosphere is exceptional. The rooms are spot on, super clean, and the cleaning staff take pride in making sure the rooms are comfortable and clean daily and do a brilliant job. The atmosphere at Art Resort is hard to capture in words, but it really is a special place. The live music each night is a fantastic addition with a great vibe. CONGRATULATIONS to Bhuwan and the whole team… we love spending time with you all.

Art resort is a place we go back to every year, it gives us a break from busy life in Bangalore. It’s a very nice, chill vibe with good food and athmosphere. Breakfast is great and fresh fruit smoothies. Kids spend all day in the ocean only to take a break after lunch to do art class with Swaroop. Service is friendly and the staff is great. The rooms are simple but have everything you need and is clean. Definitely the place I recommend to everyone that asks for a place to stay in Goa. To enjoy the best feeling I would recommend booking the beachfront honeymoon cottages. Our kids and we love Art resort and this place we will remember as one of the best part of our years spent in India.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. All the little touches make it our perfect stay. The food is great. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Our hut was quiet and charming, with a hammock and seating area outside. The paths through the resort are sand and there's a place to clean your feet before going to your room. We were off the beach across the road but breakfast in the restaurant was still under a minute away. There was live music every night but very good quality and not too loud (like some places). Of all the good things about this place, the best was Sachin. He made us feel we had come home at the end of every day. He understood that I have lots of annoying allergies and recommended dishes for me every day with a big, relaxed smile and perfect English. In this beautiful, quiet, charming, comfortable, slightly quirky resort, Sachin was our hero. We are in North Goa now and so homesick for the beauty of Palolem and the Art Resort. Next time we won't think of going anywhere else. A wonderful place that's great value in a beautiful, quiet location with lots happening nearby.

We returned to The Art Resort, Palolem for our Christmas and New Year holiday after three years, and it truly felt like coming home. The beachfront location is absolutely perfect — waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the sand never gets old. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The quality of the food was exceptional, especially the fresh fish and seafood, which was cooked to perfection every time. A huge thank you to Bhuwan and his army of amazing people who genuinely made our holiday so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and hospitality are what set this place apart and make it feel like our second home. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend The Art Resort to anyone planning a trip to South Goa. With its close proximity to other beautiful beaches, it’s also the perfect base to explore the area.

Did not stay at the resort, but went there almost every day for breakfast and late drinks. Great breakfast, I got addicted to iced coffee, and my friend to their smoothies. Atmosphere is great, right on the beach, close to other shops and bars. Live music every night. Very relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Art Resort – A must-visit in Goa We were in Goa for our friends Amanda and Mike’s wedding and were told that Art Resort was an absolute must visit. It did not disappoint in any way. The service was incredible from the moment we arrived. Our group was quite large, yet the team went out of their way to accommodate us comfortably right on the beach. We spent the evening enjoying drinks and food as the sun set, and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. The food was absolutely exceptional no exaggeration at all. Everything we ordered was outstanding. We loved it so much that we returned several times during our stay in the area. The live music added to the experience and the atmosphere was beautifully relaxed and chilled. Once again, the staff remembered our names and consistently made sure we were looked after throughout each visit. A truly special place with faultless hospitality. Highly recommended.
