An unforgettable stay in Chisinau! I spent 5 nights at this hotel, and every moment was a wonderful experience. The comfort is extraordinary—cozy, quiet, and tastefully decorated room create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The décor throughout the hotel is charming, with details that demonstrate care and sophistication. And the special touch? A beautiful piano in the bar, which makes the atmosphere even more cozy. The reception staff deserves a special mention: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any matter, making everything easier and more enjoyable. A place where comfort meets true hospitality. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to and recommend!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. A quirky feel to the place. Some nice touches in the rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and go far beyond expectations. We will definitely return when we next visit Moldova.

Stayed at the Rustic in October 2024. The price was very reasonable and the hotel rooms were very spacious, Mine had a balcony, good sized bed and overall a lot of room. |The hotel is in an excellent location.|Breakfast is basic. Overall the staff were very good, in particular receptionist , Sveta, who was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face. |I would have given a 5 but my reason for giving a 4 is that for some reason my room was never cleaned. I was with 3 friends and the same for them, although one did ask and his room was then cleaned. |We stayed for 4 nights so although, personally, I am quite happy with my room not being cleaned every day, I would have thought it would have been done at least once.

We had a really good time. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and nice. We are looking forward to another stay.

Wonderful Hotel very close to the Center, Shops, supermarkets, Restaurants, etc. Very kind and personal assistance, most of the time with the owner itself. We had a great time and recommend this nice hotel to other guests. I would return there any time I visit Chisinau.

A clean place, the breakfast is good enough if you just want to eat something fast and head out (it has basic aliments, no fancy food). The office I was working at is two minutes away so, in my particular case, it was the best option. All I needed was a clean room, coffee and something to eat in the morning and a place near the city center that wasn't expensive. I will definitely return to this place. Also, the personnel is very nice, helpful and polite. Overall, quality / price = perfect

When i choose a hotel i have 3 criteria: 1. Location, 2. Value for money and 3. Reviews on Booking.com and Tripadvisor. Art Rustic Hotel was ecxellent in all of them. Hotel is not in the strict center but you need no more than 15 min by foot to the main square. Prices of the rooms are very fair and the hotel is excellent. My room was cozy, spacious and clean the same as the bathroom. Breakfast is varied and delicious. For the last but not least, the atmosphere is homely. Front desk staff is amazing. Very polite and friendly. They arranged my trip to the Milestii Mici winery.

Room was just perfect. Cleaning was daily, changing towels , changing beds. Nice balcony. Parking was on the street, in front of the hotel, but they do have 2-3 places in their own garaje. No need to use it, as in front of my window was plenty of room and very safe one. Athough central one, the place where is located isnțt noisy as Pușkin street for instant (just after the corner). Very good and variat breakfast , nice staff and all of them speaking english (reception ). I will be back , I am sure.||Thank you for your attentive atitude and professional service.
