Property manager n ager is rude, never hear, and basicly does nothing. You have to a always email. They don't fix stuff when reported. Elevator down for over x week in 5/25 with disabilities, wheelchair people in building they were told elevator was going out week before it did.Box to buzz people in hasn't work. Over 2 yrs,and they won't fix it. Some building for sec 8 elderly and disabled peopļe. And the rudeness and that they don't do the accomidations for disorderly is disgraceful. My nurse was told if he came he would be trespassed just because she could, he did nothing wrong. Property Manager just don't like him . Barbara does what she wants when she wants.charges for parking, no storage as promesed.nothing works as promised,dryer takes 3-4 hrs to dry underware.rediculous and nobody fixes it

It’s been a few years since I lived there, but the management then was kind and the building was warm. It was lower rent so there were obviously some office staff availability delays at the time, but I reckon at the time the emergency maintenance staff were responsive if I can remember

This place sucks they sucker people to move hear this place is expensive, you got to pay for utilities and when you do use it it pulls and your bill goes sky high. And some people don't mind there own business and the place is cold in winter, the water goes out in the winter. Some people can't are lound and don't respect others. Especially when you are older people. And they also charge for parking when you pay such high rent. Yes this place takes section 8 but it's not worth it to deal with unrespected people. Don't move hear.

The property manager, Barbara C., is well below standards for how properties should be run. The communication is the worst i have ever encountered. If i were the owners id fire her on the spot. Traveling 1,300 miles after a few weeks of written communication to be told an hour before arrival that the apartment is not ready and i cannot move in. This is unacceptable considering i have 3 children and clearly asked if i could move in on the date requested. Renters Beware!

This place is horrible don't be fooled. Heat is not included like advertised and electric bill will come in over $200.00 when used. Management is horrible and will lie to make something fit the agenda. Going through four managers a year is horrible on tenants and they are pulling these managers out of temp agency. Each time it gets worse! Dont look for help from above because the higher ups dont care neither. Phong Murray is very rude and neglectful of her job duties or responsibilities to tenants. Overall very dirty had to go once the building got infested with cockroaches and drug addicts!!
