Lovely hotel. Very quirky and beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and comfortable. Breakfast great - good variety of food. The hotel is right in the centre of the old town which is beautiful. Cafes, restaurants, bars, shops , museums , the cathedral and churches all within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

We always stay in the hotel when we’re in Vilnius. However, last time we got a tiny room and taking into consideration how much luggage we had there was no space to walk. The phone is our room was not working either. All the previous time everything was great. The stuff is always polite and helpful.

Excellent stay in a central location. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. ||My Standard double room had adequate space for one. If there were two of us it would be ok for a short stay. Plenty of storage space in both bedroom and bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean. ||The hotel was very quiet at night, curtains cover any light and I slept very well. The shower was good. ||Only downsides were small toiletries and no fridge (the minibar is room temperature). WiFi was ok in my room, better in reception. ||I would definitely stay again for the central location and sleep quality.

The location is great and rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are also helpful. However, the curtains in the room just never close properly, so you can never enjoy sleeping in a dark room. Despite there being space for a closet and a fridge, both are missing. The worst however was the breakfast which is definitely not 4 stars.

Lovely spacious room that was really clean. Really nice toiletries provided. Location was perfect- right in the heart of the old town with lots of nice restaurants/bars nearby. Would definitely stay there again. Only slightly annoying thing is the controls for everything are all electric and takes a bit of figuring out.

Quite hard to lable the experience in the correct category, but here are the main positive and negative sides. I would like to state that the 4.8 google review is a bit over agadurated. The overall service and rooms are fine, in addition the location is very good but the biggest dissatisfaction was the breakfast buffet and the quality of the food. Very minimalistic buffet for a 4 star hotel that serves the most cheapest and low quality food. To be honest I would stay here again and eat breakfast somewhere else.

Great welcome, great staff, comfortable and clean. Also pleasantly quirky and a good breakfast. Excellent location and quiet. But no fridge in the room and lights come on automatically - disturbing for the other person if one of you gets up in the night, and annoying when the light goes off when you are in the middle of shaving

Why don’t your transfer vehicles turn off their engines while waiting for guests, forcing the whole street and your own hotel guests to breathe in the exhaust fumes? It’s happening right now the car has been idling with the engine on for over 30 minutes. You could simply put up a sign that says “No idling, turn off your engine.”
