Incompetent and arrogant! No one anwers your mails in regard to retrieve your purchased objetcs after you pay the invoice. They let you wait for weeks and you have to mail endless mails and call. Unbelievable! Never again No fun to spent your money there..

come here for the exhibition of famous fashion houses (admission is free). Luxury space. Because I have only experienced the space on the ground floor, it is quite small. Anyway, it was a good experience.

A catastrophic experience with Artcurial’s shipping department and one person in particular. I have worked with galleries, auction houses, and shipping contacts across the US, UK, and EU and never in my life have I encountered someone as unprofessional, slow, and utterly useless as Marine Viet, the so-called “Director of Shipping and Customs.” Due to her negligence, lack of basic follow-through, and inability to coordinate even the simplest international art shipment, I was left with a high-value painting stuck in limbo. Zero urgency, zero responsibility, zero awareness. A stray dog in a New Jersey warehouse has more logistical competence than this person. This is not just about poor communication, it's about institutional rot. Artcurial looks like a high-end French auction house on the outside, but inside it’s a bureaucratic corpse choking on its own arrogance and inefficiency. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Questions are dodged. No timeline, no clarity, no leadership. Avoid Artcurial at all costs especially if you're an international consignor. You’ll be on your own, with no help, no accountability, and no professionalism. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my work.

Don’t buy here unless you’re a Paris resident and/or speak fluent French! My requests regarding invoice and shipping have been ignored consequently. The German representatives were friendly and eager to help but didn’t seem to have very much insight nor handle of this nonfunctional company. Allegedly there was a technical problem in accounting but it’s their outrageous lack of communication that’s destroying almost every joy in buying art. Shipping costs are hysterically high & packaging executed very poorly - after almost two months! A single ray of light: they ship with FedEx.

Do not use Artcurial under any circumstances. Terrible service, completely incompetent shipping and communication.

It’s been such a disappointment to understand after a few months of hearing the news as I was organizing the delivery of my pieces.. that my purchase of a handful of murano Lighting fixtures from the Bauer auction had somehow mysteriously disappeared and were not longer available to be shipped. Another friend had told me just weeks before during the summer that her purchased lights could not be found. I never imagined that this would also be the circumstance for me. I am a collector and buy from all of the reputable auction houses. I am still shocked that I will not receive my lights as anticipated for a restoration of my home. Clearly, this is fraud and wonder how many more people had this experience. I hope the auction house will offer a public apology statement as its reputation has been compromised.

Beautiful building, beautiful gallery. Spotlights highlight various offerings available for sale. When I was there, there were redonkulously expensive bags (in my opinion) and some gnarly art, including a snowfield with crows. (There was construction in the rear at the time, but it's probably done by now.) Fun to window shop, in any case; there is no admission charge. Near the front is a bookstore. With books. Probably artsy books, but didn't investigate.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here last week. The service was attentive and the food was innovative yet used classical techniques with fresh and seasonal ingredients. We recommend this to all our friends.
