Arte Sofia Hotel

Very well located close to the triangle of power. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Warm, double glazed, carpeted rooms with plenty of space. We had the twin room, 301. Police box next door to the hotel for an increased feeling of safety. A fabulous wood fired pizza place in the road close by running alongside the hotel, and a coffee shop next door. Breakfast was basic but adequate and we were able to fill up on that for the day. Would definately stay again.

A local friend recommended this hotel to me, and it’s indeed very close to the Presidential Palace. The security here is excellent. I also really like the oil paintings displayed throughout the hotel.

Perfect location in the middle of Sofia! A pleasant room which I found quiet. The breakfast did not have many appealing options (seems common in this part of Europe). The staff seemed ambivalent to my needs such as laundry (both not offering the service nor providing assistance in finding anywhere to do laundry in the city, an errand I had to abandon)

We arrived to a very friendly receptionist he was very helpful by recommending a restaurant and helping us by explaining how to call for a taxi and he also suggested a great breakfast which we had at the train station and as he said it was delicious |The hotel is situated right in the centre of Sophia walking distance to all restaurants and bars I truly recommend this hotel if we come again then this is where we would stay

Great place for a short stay. In the very center of the city, close to everything. Staff were very nice and ready to help.

Fantastic location and comfortable room with A/C which was great as it was 35C when I was there. Steps away from the metro and 5 min walk to the cathedral or mosque. Perfect location at a great price. Would definitely return

I tried to cancel my reservation and i didnt even get the option to add free cancellation. Its cause of a death in the family that i cant go and they wont give me my money back its ridicolous. Dont even hear my story just like no we cant do that cause you didnt buy. Terrible

Right in the heart of Sofia. Next to the metro and important city sights. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and polite. The beds in all 3 of our rooms were very soft and no-one got a comfortable sleep unfortunately. The toilet paper kept falling apart on me but that's could be just me, the elevator broke down on Sunday morning for many hours. Other than that we had a great stay there.
